Our whole trip was awesome. The check in and check out was great. The lift made carrying luggage inside easy. We arrived early and were allowed to go ahead and enter. Host is very nice and told us to let her know if there was anything we needed. She has compiled a book and vacation log. With anything you might need from emergency numbers, restaurants, to shopping. Great place to stay!!

Check in was super easy and the kitchen was well stocked with everything. The garage was well stocked with everything you would need for a beach day, chairs, umbrella, cooler, and a sand cart to haul it down

Great house

We loved our stay at this house. Has everything you could need. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again next time back to topsail. Beach is easy to access and the host has everything you would need at the beach

We had a great day as we did last year as well that’s why we came back. We noticed last year that things could’ve been a little cleaner, but we figured that was a one off. I believe the cleaning staff can do a much better job. The floors were sticky. There was popcorn on the floor. There was mold in the toilet bowl. The kitchen was not clean. The counters were sticky. The shelving in the kitchen was dirty and had dirt with food particles. We did a cleaning up on it like I said this is a beautiful house. We love to stay, but we really do feel like the cleaning staff can do a better job.

This was our second stay in this beautiful house. Very spacious and well equipped with all of your needs! It is a great location to the beach and downtown Surf City! The host is always very responsive if you have questions or need anything! We loved it!

Yearly family reunion trip

This is probably our fourth year staying at this property for our summer family reunions and I love that it's well stocked in all the right ways that allows it to be very easy and light packing for a beach trip.

Beautiful long weekend with family

The house was perfect for our family size. I would say that it needs a few improvements and a good spring cleaning but other than that it was great. Location is perfect and all the porches are perfect for taking in the view and beach air. We would definitely stay here again.

Sea Glass Cottage

This house was great! The amount of space, the views, and the amenities were fabulous. When Katie stated there was little we needed t bring, she was not exaggerating! Everything we needed for a week at the beach was there at the house. The rooms were all nice sizes, and clean. We will definitely be back!

Sea glass was a great home. It had everything that was stated in the description. The host was very helpful and she responded quickly to any questions I had. It worked out great for our family vacation. We would definitely come back to this home.

Amazing week

We loved our stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and has more than you could need for a week at the beach. Katie was so easy to get in touch with and responded very quickly. We will definitely be returning! The only think that was a little difficult are the amount of stairs that my 72 year old mom had to climb!

Short But Sweet

The house was wonderful for our large group, and the host Katie was awesome to work with. Unfortunately our stay was cut short, due to tropical storm Debby, but Katie helped ease the pain by refunding the nights we couldn't stay. Would definitely go back to this house again!

First Trip to Topsail and we loved it!

We loved staying at the Sea Glass Cottage for our first trip to Topsail. The home is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could need- a huge bonus not to have to bring everything from home. Loved the view of the ocean from the kitchen and porch and the convenience of getting to the beach from the home. Katie was wonderful and very responsive to questions or any issues. Great home in a cute beach town!

Perfect Spot

We stayed here for our 3rd trip to Surf City and had an amazing time. The house was perfect for our group of 10 (6 adults, 4 kids aged 4-12). The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of towels, umbrellas, chairs, shovels, buckets, and even a beach wagon that made our beach trips so easy. The beach access is literally across the street, outdoor shower was perfect for getting off sand. Communication with the host was quick, easy, and pleasant! We will absolutely book here again!

Another amazing beach week at The Sea glass Cottage

We had an absolute amazing week as returning guests. The Sea Glass cottage is filled with ALL the best beach necessities and anything and everything you could need or want. Katie is a fabulous host with superior communication skills. We are blessed to have found this charming gem by the sea in the quaint beach town of Surf City. Wonderful Week

My family and I stayed at the sea glass cottage this past week. This property is great and has all the necessary amenities and more! The information given in the digital guide provided was a nice head start to take out any guess work. Any questions were quickly answered. The only delay was on my end as it was extremely easy to forget about your phone and enjoy the beach with your family. Would highly recommend!

Great location with thoughtful accommodations

Just across the street are the stairs to the beach, makes back and forth with littles very easy. Bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. The common area is a bit tight for a larger group (we had 12), but due to the layout it worked. House is well stocked and very clean. Furnishings are nice but not so nice that they make you nervous. We hadn’t been to Topsail before but the laid back nature and fewer crowds makes it a solid contender with OBX. Cute restaurants and shops are indeed a 5 min walk from the property. The owners have provided every type of beach gear you’d ever need
