A 95-square-meter luxury apartment, fully renovated by an interior designer, in a quiet residence right in the heart of Royan. Just cross the street to reach the beach.
Located on the 10th floor (2 elevators), the apartment offers unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean, the Cordouan Lighthouse, and the city of Royan from every room.
The apartment features 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 6) with:
- A master suite with a 160-size double bed, bathroom, walk-in closet, and TV
- A bedroom with a 140-size double bed and a large closet
- A bedroom with two single beds and a closet.
The sleeping area is complemented by a separate toilet, a second bathroom (walk-in shower), and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.
The rest of the apartment consists of a dining area, a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, and a large, bright living room with a TV that opens onto a terrace where you can enjoy your meals (tables and chairs provided) while admiring the ocean and the Cordouan Lighthouse.
The apartment also features a private storage room on the first floor for bicycles and windsurf boards, as well as a locked garage located a 3-minute walk away (free parking is also available around the residence).
Linens are not included in the price but can be provided, and the beds can be made upon request. Duvets and pillows are available.
Beach and/or pool towels are available for rent (100 x 200 / 500 grams).
The accommodations are not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and pets are not allowed.
All shops are within walking distance: a mini-market, pharmacy, and bakery are just a 1-minute walk away, and the playground is 50 meters away. Downtown Royan and all its shops are a 3-minute walk away. The harbor is a 2-minute walk away. Royan’s central market is a 7-minute walk away.
The Royan Thalasso is a 10-minute walk or a 4-minute bike ride away. The fitness trail begins just past Foncillon Beach, heading toward the Thalasso.
