Este hermoso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños completos tiene capacidad para 6 personas y se encuentra directamente en una de las 10 MEJORES PLAYAS DEL MUNDO.

¡Siesta Key ha sido un lugar favorito de la familia durante muchos años y una vez que te quedes aquí querrás volver! Crescent Arms es una comunidad cerrada y esta unidad está literalmente a pasos de la arena blanca azucarada. Se encuentra en una excelente ubicación, a pocos pasos de restaurantes, un puerto deportivo, una heladería, una farmacia, una tienda de comestibles, una licorería y bares, música en vivo, tiendas y mucho más. ¡Otra gran aventura no te costará nada! Esta unidad está a un corto paseo hasta el punto de rocas donde puedes encontrar hermosas conchas y tesoros marinos.

Estarás muy cómodo en todas las habitaciones. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, televisión de pantalla plana y mucho espacio de almacenamiento. El segundo dormitorio ofrece 2 camas matrimoniales, televisión de pantalla plana y excelente almacenamiento. La cocina actualizada ofrece un refrigerador / congelador con máquina de hielo, estufa, horno, lavavajillas y microondas. Hay dos baños completos, uno con bañera / ducha y otro con ducha de pie. Las áreas de estar y comedor son muy abiertas con hermosas vistas de la playa y el lanai es el lugar perfecto para relajarse a cualquier hora del día.

Family vacation

We had a great stay at this condo. It’s perfect if you just need a home base in between excursions. The beach is incredible, with white sand and beautiful, clear water. Make sure you reserve your chairs at 7:30 on the dot because the good ones go quickly. Would recommend this Vrbo to other families looking for a nice place to stay in siesta key.

Beautiful view

The condo is just as advertised. Perfect location and what a beautiful view from the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need for eating in. Very clean. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A great place on Siesta Key beach

Property is as pictured. Right on the beach, beautiful view, kitchen stocked well. Kevin was very prompt with the couple questions we had. Easy walk to the south key shops/ restaurant area. Definitely a great place to stay.

Beautiful sunsets at Siesta Key

We especially enjoyed watching sunsets on the screened in lanai each night. Living and sleeping spaces were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, dishes and cookware to make meal preparation very easy. Great hosts answered questions and solved problems immediately. We loved this place and would definitely re-book.

Family Christmas trip

Property was as described /pictured. Right on the beach, beautiful view, kitchen stocked well,. Owner was in contact /easily accessible even though we had no issues and didn't need to contact them. I would stay here again!

Excellent well appointed condo!

We have stayed at Crescent Arms for the past 10 years, first time in this condo. It was by far the nicest one we’ve stayed in. The furniture is in excellent condition, the bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were great.. bunch of little things that made this stay great!

The best view!

We loved our stay at this condo. The view of the beach was beautiful from the screened in lanai. Condo was very roomy for 4 people. Loved being steps away from the beach that provided free chairs every day. Will definitely be back next year!

Beach perfection

We had a family gathering at Siesta Key. The condo had the best view on the beach. The condo is very well appointed. We could easily walk for coffee and restaurants. The owners were lovely and kept me informed. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo.

Awesome Stay

Owners were very responsive to questions prior to check in and sent a welcome text. We drove 13 hours from Virginia for a weeks vacation. Our stay was excellent. The condo has an awesome view! It’s right on the beach. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Gated community. You can catch the trolly to town right outside the gate. Everything was nice and clean.

As promised

We have been booking places to stay for quite a while. We have been fortunate to get great places almost every time. However, this has been the best condo yet. It was immaculate, well maintained, and the host was very patient with us. The view is just breathtaking.

Perfect Getaway

We were all very pleased with our stay at Kevin and Missy’s lovely condo. The view was fantastic and you could hear the soothing waves from the ocean while enjoying the gorgeous sunset. The kitchen was well-equipped so we had everything we needed to have meals in when we wanted to. The condo building, pool and beach area were well-maintained. When we did not want to drive, we caught the trolley and enjoyed the delights of the little downtown area. We would definitely stay at Crescent Arms again.

Perfect home away from home

This property had everything we needed for a perfect week. Extra towels and bedding plus washer and dryer were a bonus. Beds were very comfortable. Owners responded quickly and sent checkin and checkout info prior to getting there/checking out. The view was amazing. The floor started out a bit sandy when we checked in but I swept and took care of it. Everything else was perfect. Would love to stay here again

Everything was great!

Great location right on one of the best private beaches anywhere. Sugar sand beach with chairs and umbrellas available. The condo was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Loved sitting on the beachfront screened in lanai. Plenty of towels, beach towels and other basics furnished. Condo was available for early check-in, very thoroughly cleaned. Owners were very responsive. Hoping to return next year. Thank you, Kevin and Missy.

Wonderful week at the beach!

My husband and I stayed in the condo during the first week of February, 2023. We loved being beachfront and enjoyed being able to reserve our beach lounges every morning. We paid for the umbrella rental for the week. The condo was clean and quiet, and the gated community was extremely safe. Owner was easy to communicate with. We played tennis every day at the public tennis courts at the beach about a mile away. We would definitely rent this unit again. Thank you for sharing it with us.
