Appartement de qualité

Appartement neuf, bien équipé (climatisation très efficace) avec de belles finitions. Très agréable. Notons l'accès à l'immeuble avec une forte pente (mais autour de Porto Vecchio c'est souvent comme ça car il y a un peu de relief). La propriétaire est très réactive.

Cet appartement est idéal si vous souhaitez découvrir la Corse du Sud et ses plus belles plages ! Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de ce logement, son agencement, sa propreté. Rien à redire, l’appartement est nickel et très bien équipé. Il est très bien orienté ce qui permet de profiter de la terrasse midi et soir. Je recommande pour les personnes qui souhaitent être au calme et rayonnés dans toute la région.

Schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem von mehreren neu erbauten, modernen Mehrfamilienhäusern oberhalb des Ortes Sotta. Die gesamte Anlage ist neu angelegt. Zu beachten ist, dass nebenan ein weiteres Haus gebaut wird. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden keine Arbeiten ausgeführt, so dass es durch die Baustelle keine Lärmbelästigung gab. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, klimatisiert und verfügt über eine schöne große, überdachte Terrasse mit kleinem Garten und Blick auf die Berge. Wir wurden sehr nett von Sylvie und Gerard empfangen, die uns alles Wichtige zeigten und Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gaben. Die Verständigung fand auf Französisch und etwas Englisch statt. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein französisches Doppelbett und im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa mit richtiger Matratze. Es gibt große Kleiderschränke mit ausreichend Stauraum. Da das Haus noch nicht komplett bewohnt war, war es sehr ruhig. Von Sotta aus sind die Städte Porto Vecchio und Bonifacio in 20 - 30 Minuten gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, die entsprechenden wunderschönen Strände ebenso. Im Ort selber gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, 15 Minuten entfernt einen großen Spar Supermarkt. Ein Auto sollte vor Ort sein, um die wunderschöne Insel zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung besten Gewissens weiter empfehlen!

Appartement neuf et idéalement situé

Nous avons pu profiter de ce bel appartement durant notre séjour et nous avons particulièrement appréciés les prestations offertes par ce dernier (Climatisation, plancha sur le coin terrasse, parasol pour la plage, lave vaisselle lave linge…). Nous avons également appréciés nos échanges avec la propriétaire des lieux ainsi que les personnes chargés de notre accueil. Pour agrémenter tout ça, un guide d’accueil nous a été délivrés à notre arrivée nous faisant profiter de toutes les bonnes adresses a proximité pour d’éventuelles sorties (plages, randonnées , restaurants ou même autre activité). Proche de Porto-Vecchio et d’autres petits villages à visiter, il ne vous faudra pas aller chercher bien loin pour vous occuper.

Appartement qualitatif et joliment décoré

Appartement situé dans une résidence neuve, qualitative et au calme. Excellente communication avec Valérie ainsi que les personnes réalisant l’entrée / sortie dans les lieux, réactifs et sympathiques. La décoration sobre et moderne est agréable, l’appartement est lumineux et bien équipé, la terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes et la plancha est un vrai plus. À 10 min de Porto Vecchio et Figari, 30 min de Bonifacio. Parfait pour un couple avec ou sans enfants. Je recommande +++.
