T2 standard, 40 m2 splendid panoramic view overlooking the quay of honor, on the 4th floor. Conditioning renovated (STARK furniture and Roche Bobois), including a living room with a sofa bed 1/2 persons, two component corner windows a splendid panoramic view over the marina and the gulf.
A fully equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom with a bed of 160, an entrance hallway, a bathroom, luxury shower, separate WC.
Free WIFI.

From your terrace you will discover a panoramic view 300 ° breathtaking. You will have breakfast in front of the Golf, the Marina, the Citadel and the Salinas ... Take your binoculars!
The city center is accessible on foot.

Rental Conditions:
- Children accepted.
- Cancellation policy: 100% refund + one month from the date of arrival.
- We ask 25% of the stay to the reservation and the balance 75% one week before arrival.
- Non-cashable deposit of 800 euros on arrival (by depositing a check payable to the owner) the check will be issued two days after the start of the holiday if no damage is observed places .
- Cleaning fee = 60 euros
- Arrival: between 16 h and 19 h.

Alles war prima! Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Die Wohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage mit Balkon auf den Hafen ist einfach perfekt. Es gibt in der Nähe alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr gute Restaurants. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Hafen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und die Vermieterin wirklich sehr nett. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Séjour de 5 jours à Porto Vecchio. L’appartement est identique à l’annonce. C’est un très bel appartement avec une vue magnifique sur le port. Une attention toute particulière à Marta, la propriétaire. Une femme charmante, gentille qui nous a très bien accueillie. Si nous repassons par Porto Vecchio, nous y retournerons c’est sûr. Appartement impeccable avec une vue magnifique. Les restaurants et la boulangerie sont au pied de l'immeuble ce qui est très appréciable, la supérette est à 500 m. Petit bémol sur le parking dont les places ne sont pas réservées et donc parfois indisponibles. Il est très mal entretenu, avec des véhicules abandonnés, et des morceaux de verre au sol, car à l'arrière des restaurants. Un grand merci à Marta pour son accueil et ses petites attentions. Un excellent séjour à Porto-Vecchio.

Superbe appartement, avec une vue splendide.Les restaurants juste en bas laisse un grand choix pour manger, à 10 min à pieds du vieux centre (qui est en hauteur, prévoir de bonnes chaussures) avec toutes les plus belles plages du sud Corse. Nous ne regrettons pas notre choix.Martha est adorable, très accueillante. Rien à dire.La literie est bien ferme dans la chambre et notre fille a très bien dormi dans le canapé lit.Cet appartement est très fonctionnel.Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Super Ausblick auf den Hafen von porto vecho

Die wohnung hat eine tolle lage, martha war sehr nett, die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das einzige was ich nicht gut fand war der Gesamteindruck des Hauses, Fassade, unangehnemer Geruch im treppenhaus, hundegebell aus den versch. Nachbarwohnungen mit freundlichen dauernietern.6

Super Urlaub

Alles genau wie beschrieben, Wohnung wie auf den Fotos und sehr sauber. Alles da, was man braucht. Wundervolle Sicht auf den Hafen, welcher gerade erweitert wird. Es gab also immer etwas zu sehen. Auch wenn es außerhalb mal etwas turbulenter zuging, in der Wohnung war es ruhig und entspannt. Ein nahezu perfekter Urlaub.Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Unterbringung unserer Fahrräder. Im Vorfeld war uns eine Abstellmöglichkeit auf der Terrasse avisiert worden. Aber da die Wohnung im 4. Stock liegt und der Fahrstuhl sehr klein ist, war auch mit hochkant nichts zu machen. So mussten wir also täglich nach unseren Touren die Räder wieder ins Auto zurück bugsieren, damit sie weggeschlossen waren.Aber das war die einzige Einschränkung.Ansonsten vielen Dank an Marta, welche wirklich eine ganz besondere Person ist. Sie hat sich um alles gekümmert, war immer erreichbar und einen kleinen Willkommensgruß hatte sie auch parat gestellt. Auf jeden Fall 100% zu empfehlen und der eine Stern Abzug wirklich nur wegen der fehlenden Unterstellmöglichkeit der E-Bikes.

Emplacement parfait, vue magnifique sur la baie, appartement confortable avec tout le nécessaire. Marta est une hôte extraordinaire. En 10 ans de Airbnb, nous n’avons jamais rencontré une hôte aussi amicale et adorable. Allez y en toute quiétude et confiance ! Nous reviendrons, c’est certain !!!

Très bel appartement

Très bel appartement avec vue sur le port ,bien situé avec restaurants et commerces à proximité. Une navette gratuite permet d'aller au centre-ville de Porto Vechio. L'appartement est bien équipé avec climatisation tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et pour l'hygiène dans les sanitaires La propriétaire est aux petits soins avec ses hôtes très gentille et chaleureuse. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour des vacances à Porto Vechio.
