120 sqm gite for 10 persons with independant access in a renovated village villa, surrounded by 3 hectares of private land. Peaceful place in the french countryside. Ideal for families with kids. Spa and Sauna (Option). Wonderful view on mountains.
Outdoor playgound and garden for kids and adults (tennis, basketball) available with a BBQ and a boules (petanque) court.
Relaxation Area : The jacuzzi and sauna are strictly reserved for residents : Jacuzzi with chromo therapy, whirlpools and hydro massage and sauna.
Rate : 11 € per person per 3H with a minimum of 44 € equivalent to 4 participants
Cleaning fees if requested: 100€.
Linen supply : 20€/ bed

Situation geographique parfaite pour decouvrir le Trieves. Nombreuses randos alentours. Proximité ausi de Monteynard.Gîte super bien agencé. A convenu parfaitement pour nos 2 familles de 4 soit 8 personnes : des espaces privatifs et des espaces partagés. Spacieux. Un exterrieur aussi : balcon utile pour faire sécher les serviettes. Grand jardin avec balançoire, terrain de petanque (ou molky)... et bien d’autres services. Hôtes discrets mais très reactifs aussi en cas de besoin. Très bon accueil. Merci

Der Vermieter war freundlich aber nicht klar bei seinen ansprechen. Die spa kann leider nicht frei bestimment genutzt. Was auch nicht schön war wie er über die vormieter gespeochen hat. Es wären dreckschweine gewesen. Das finden wir nicht okay da ja eine endreiningung extra bezahlt werden muss. Auch wir wurden der unsauberkeit beschuldigt.

Séjour agréable, dans un appartement de qualité, tant par l'espace, que la propreté. accueil parfait Mr et Mme Sonzogni vous accueillent avec le sourire et répondent a toutes les questions (un grand merci ) !! cadre superbe entouré de montagne, la chance de vivre en pleine nature, de belles randonnées, et plein de choses a découvrir ,a commencer par le miel maison !!! nous recommandons ce site de vacances, pour les amoureux de la nature et du repos !!! 10/10 !!

Retired since 2014, with 3 sons and 4 grand-sons, we used to work in Grenoble hospital and in a Telco company as team manager. We both come from Trièves area and love this worderful, resting and natural area. We enjoy Genealogy and history of the region which will be happy to share with you. We live in the village, in another house which can help if you have questions during your stay.

Why they chose this property

This villa was built by my father and used to be an extension of the Hotel he managed in the Village. We decided to continue with holiday lets activities with our kids since 2005 and renovated the house.

What makes this property unique

The professional jacuzzi and Sauna room with a wonderful view on the mountains will make you love your holidays in Lalley, even during a rainy day :)
During sunny days, you will ba able to take the most of the large garder and field, with outdoor games, sunbathing on a deckchair or having a BBQ with your friends/family while the kids have fun in the playset.
This place is very peaceful, in a natural. If interested in beekeeping, we also installed Hives in our field and can explain you the bees life (don't worry, that's safe !)
