This cozy studio with a maximum capacity of two people is ideal for a couple, two adults or an adult with a child. The apartment is accessible from the ground floor and has a total living area of approximately 23m2. It is composed on the ground floor of a living room with kitchenette, dining area with a table and two chairs, living area with a sofa and coffee table, bathroom with shower and WC. Upstairs bedroom on the mezzanine with two separate beds ( 90cm), wardrobe, one chair and little desk.
The studio has its own terrace, separated from the other terraces of the residence by a hedge. Garden furniture and parasol available.
Appliances: The apartment has a satellite TV with international channels, free WIFI, the kitchen is equipped with hotplates, a fridge, a microwave, a small oven, coffee machine with filter, kettle, toaster and necessary dishes. Fan at your disposal.
This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to around ten steps to access the courtyard and the sleeping arrangements upstairs.

Studio charmant mais un peu trop " renfermé".
Studio charmant mais le temps ne m'a pas permis de profiter de la terrasse et de la belle végétation
Et surtout, dès le lendemain de mon arrivée, j'ai glissé sur une marche en descendant l'escalier en bois.
Résultats : une entorse légère du genou gauche, des douleurs et des hématomes. Et des vacances gachées !
Je suis revenue à Nantes le jeudi 01/07/21.
Certains endroits de l'escalier sont glissants. Il faudrait que cela soit mentionné.
