This studio of almost 27m² for 2persons is located on the ground floor, building C, door n°79 in a residence with swimming pool "Le Parc du Bois d'Amour", landscaped park located 500m from the beach and Thalassotherapy.

It includes :
- Entry,
- Living room with TV and sofa,
- Equipped kitchen (cooking plates, microwave, fridge),
- Rest area with bed of 140cm large,
- Bathroom,
- Toilets separated.

Balcony with garden furniture.
Garage n°79 on the residence.
Access to the swimming pool of the residence from mid june to mid september.
Animals allowed with extra charge (5€/days).

Electric and water usage in extra charge (35€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th of September 2026.

Quiberon

Nous avons apprécié de sortir la voiture qu'une seule fois et le reste à pied. Il a juste été dommage que dans le logement il y'avait pas de grande cocotte car nous sommes adepte de fruits de mer et un peu frustrant de ne pas avoir pu se faire une araignée de mer. Sinon nos vacances super
