Barn Cottage is a semi detached barn conversion next to the owners’ farmhouse B&B near to Haverfordwest in South Wales. The cottage sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms, one twin and two family bathrooms. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and shared use of a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Set in beautiful countryside, yet just a short drive from the beach, Barn Cottage is a superb family holiday home in South Wales.
Amenities: Oil central heating with additional heating from woodburner in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, 2 x TVs (1 with Freeview), DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared lawned garden with furniture, benches and gazebo. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: Property on a working dairy farm so some related noises while outside. Note: The owner offers B&B in the farmhouse.
