Had a great stay at the eco house. Such a lovely area with Little Haven and the beach a 5 mins walk away. The house is set in to hill and surrounded by trees giving a lovely nature feeling. Just one thing, expect the balcony, there's no other outdoor area, so no outdoor eating, BBQs etc.
We loved this house in the tree-tops. Breakfast on the balcony every morning, friendly robin visiting and birdsong and wildflowers all around us. A super convenient spot to visit the coastline and the sights further inland.
What a wow house, and Little Haven is the perfect getaway holiday with a surprisingly good food offer from local eateries, excellent. Perfect location for safe sea swimming in some of the UK's cleanest waters.
Stunning property and brilliant communication from host. Quiet little town, that mainly opens from Thursday to Monday, but plenty to do around the area. Some lovely walks and great scenery. Fully enjoyed ourselves, the property was fully stocked we only needed to take food and towels. Cleaning equipment there. Amazing!!!
A home from home in a stunning location with all home comforts. You won’t want to leave. Our second time staying and we will return again. Clive is a a wonderful and communicative host.

We loved our long weekend staying at Summer Haven - the house was perfect, with so much room in the communal areas. Little Haven is a wonderful place that we are fortunate to have visited many times. Clive (the host) was very responsive and helpful, I would recommend this lovely property to everyone!

A beautiful house set in this wonderful scenic area. We were very comfortable - it felt like a home from home - a nice place to sit and read a book looking out at the woods when the weather wasn't so good and a great location for exploring the coastal path and nearby beauty spots. Couple of good pubs in walking distance for meals. A perfect holiday for us - lots of walking and enjoying the stunning views

Amazing views from a spacious and well furnished house. It was a home from home - beds soooo comfortable and everything we needed. Little Haven is a 2 minute walk away and has a great beach with 3 lovely pubs. All in all a fabulous place to stay.

Thank you so much for your lovely review. We are so pleased that you had a good time.
What an impressive property and a great host - I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stop in the area. It’s only a short walk in to the town/village (roughly 10 minutes) where there’s a few nice pubs and cafes. A really good location for a quiet and relaxing getaway.
Beautiful house, with all fixtures and fittings to a very high standard. The house was spotless when we arrived. Great information about places to visit, best beaches, rests etc. Had a fabulous holiday.
Short break with family in Feb half term. Fantastic house with lots of space. Little Haven on the doorstep with lovely restaurants and pubs and of course the sea! Broad haven a short walk away with a small supermarket and more places to eat and a beautiful beach.
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house in a gorgeous little valley. It's well equipped and very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The house is just a few minutes' walk from Little Haven, which offers a lovely little beach, 3 decent pubs, and a couple of cafes. It's also just 15 minutes walk (via the beach at low tide) from Broad Haven which has a decent small supermarket.
Great place to stay if you want peace and quiet but also easily walkable to beach, pubs etc. it’s set back from the road so very peaceful and there are great walks from the door up through the woods if you have a dog. Not suitable for old people or families with babies in prams as it would be hard work getting everything / everyone up the steps!
This is our second stay at this property in Little Haven and we loved it just as much. The surroundings are so beautiful and there is almost everything you need within walking distance. Our holiday was made complete when we saw dolphins on the way to Skomer Island. Just remember to bring your towels - we missed this note on the info.
Property was warm and welcoming
Little Haven is totally unspoilt, perfect if you just want to 'stand and stare'
Perhaps some lighting on the outside stairs is needed ( we had to use our phones to see)
Really enjoyed walking at Marloes and the food at Runwayskiln
The area is not for those who need to be entertained but it was perfect for us
Our stay in Summerhaven was lovely. The house is super, clean, very light and lots of space. The area is just wonderfull. Those stairs are a good excercise every day, but I can imagine not very easy for some people. Our respect for Clive and Sheila for letting us stay in their beautiful house!
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house which, owing to the location felt like a tree house. Well equipped and comfortable. Written instructions as well as post code would make finding the location easier.

Hi Gill, I am glad that you enjoyed the visit. The directions and postcode should have been sent to you by Vrbo. I have just checked that they are on the website.
Great week’s holiday in this beautiful house. Very peaceful and private, loved listening to the birds in all the surrounding vegetation. Everything in the house was to a very high standard- furnishings, beds white goods. Great TV for men to watch the football! A perfect getaway from city life. We will be back! Thank you.

Light, quiet, well-equipped and restful. Great social space & lovely woodland setting.
Even in mid-December with rainy & windy weather, this place was delightful. We enjoyed walks straight from the door, short drives to many beautiful places nearby. It’s an easy walk into Little Haven and not much further over the hill to Broad Haven. The house has everything we could’ve wanted. We enjoyed the exercise of going up and down the steps to the front door. Remember to bring your own towels.

Thank you so much for the review. We love Summerhaven and get lots of pleasure from others enjoying it.
Beautiful house in the trees, just up from the beach.
This is a lovely place to stay. The house is just as good as you see in the pictures. Morning sunlight streams through the windows. The small balcony is beautiful for breakfast. We cycle and run. There are beautiful trails from the door. It’s all that we hoped for. Clive was very responsive and helpful.

About the host
Hosted by Clive Anstey
Our family have been holidaying in Pembrokeshire for over 10 years and never tire of the beauty, variety and peace to be found here. It is truly an undiscovered gem where you can escape to the golden sandy beaches along quiet roads and yet all is within easy reach of the M4.
As our children have grown they have graduated from exploring rock pools to enjoying the adrenalin rush of coasteering, surfing, riding and climbing. There really is something for everyone here.
Why they chose this property
Summerhaven was designed and built on the site of a cedarwood chalet by local architects and building contractors and we completed our 'dream project' late in 2013. Summerhaven is now our 'home from home' and we are delighted to invite other families to come and discover the unspoilt and beautiful county of Pembrokeshire.
What makes this property unique
Little Haven is beautifully placed to explore Pembrokeshire. Nestled in the corner of St Brides's bay you have easy access to the whole county, including the matchless coastal path, whilst staying in the welcoming and well appointed village. Summerhaven offers a unique contemporary living space to relax in at the end of a busy day exploring.
