A wonderful, detached cottage, a five-minute walk from the beach near Ventnor, on the south coast of the Isle of Wight, with one double bedroom accommodating two people.
A wonderful, detached cottage for two, a five-minute walk from the beach near Ventnor, on the south coast of the Isle of Wight. The cottage has one double bedroom on the first floor, while the rest of the accommodation is found downstairs. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating, including in the shower room, and the open plan living space which includes a kitchen, a dining area and sitting area in the conservatory. Outside, the private gravelled area has a table and chairs, a barbecue and beautiful coastal views of the English Channel. There is off road parking for two cars and the beach is just a five minute walk away. A perfect holiday home for couples.
Amenities: Gas central heating with ground floor underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared bike storage. Enclosed gravelled area with furniture and BBQ. Shared external games room with table tennis and badminton nets. There is an outdoor play area with swings, slide & climbing frame. There is also a basketball hoop and a large play field below the barns, with pitch and putt, football goal, picnic tables & plenty of space for games & kite flying.
