You must have found amazing changes in Waikiki with so many restaurants and shops nearby which weren't there 20 years ago. Thank you for choosing my place twice in one month. I keep minimum stays of only one night so that guests can stay before and after island hopping or going on a cruise. Aloha, Terry

Thanks for your review and I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. I am going to my place in 4 days and will try to outsmart the birds. The fake owls don't seem to scare them but I can block the places on the lanai and in the storm shutters where they try to hang out. Next time don't be afraid to call for someone to clean the lanai for you. I have cleaning and maintenance people available. Having everything clean is a top priority for me. Sorry that the birds were competing for use of the lanai. Even one or two birds can make a mess. If anyone feeds them they will keep coming back for more. Hope to see you again! Aloha, Terry

Glad you enjoyed your stay and were able to relax on the lanai. It is always nice to have coffee or tea on the lanai in the morning, watch people on the beach, enjoy the many beautiful palm trees and watch the fireworks on Friday nights. A nice thing about the pool next door at the Outrigger is that you don't even have to get wet to listen to live Hawaiian music there at night which makes it fun for everyone whether they actually use the pool or not. Mahalo for your review. Hope you can stay longer next time. Aloha, Terry

Thank you for your input. Parking is a big problem in Waikiki which makes my condo very desirable to have a permanently assigned parking space free of charge. You need a garage remote to get into the garage, however, so you have to obtain the garage opener when you check in. By stopping just down the street to check in you are able to go straight into the garage with the garage remote provided to you. Otherwise you would have to find a place to park to check in which can be difficult, and then you would need to move your car to the garage after checking in. As an extra benefit to having Outrigger staff check you in, you are entitled to use the pool at the Outrigger Reef Hotel next door which is only available to Outrigger guests including my guests. I will try to be more clear in my check-in information to avoid any future concerns or confusion. Nobody has gotten lost yet! Aloha, Terry

I chose to buy on the second floor because of the option to use the stairs and have faster access to the garage parking, the pool next door and the beach. The washer and dryer are really handy but you don't have to wash the sheets and towels provided for you. You can just call for more! I prefer that you spend your time having fun, and I can take care of the rest. Aloha, Terry
