Ranch styled home, in a quiet neighborhood, totally remodeled in 2020.

We purchased the home in 2019, finished with a total remodel in 2020. We are located right next to the Historic Potters Mill, now know as Flatted Fifth BBQ, that sits right next to Mill Creek. Flatted Fifth is just a short stroll down the hill from our front door. Great food and live music on the weekends. We are located right next to the Canadian Pacific Railroad. We have a lot to offer in Bellevue!

I could not access this property. I could not find help on line or at the site. This is not a ranch style home....it was a Missouri salt box with dollar store decor outside and left me nonintetested in seeing the inside. IT IS NEXT TO THE RR TRACKS... I left a message the home was unsatisfactory and the fact the code given to me didnt work. The final experience is i didn't get their messages and they didnt get mine as i have been notified of No Refund. Im done with the B & B experience for sure.

The home was very nicely decorated. It was just perfect for our stay. We have stayed in Bellevue many times and love this town. People are so friendly. I would recommend this house to anyone needing a getaway.

Quaint Stay

Home is small, but quaint. Great neighborhood, easily accessible with ample parking. Two small bedrooms, only downside is one bathroom. House was very clean, Jason was pleasant to work with and provided early access. Picked up immediately when we had a slight issue with the toilet, but was all good in the end. Laundry on site, which we were charged for a broken latch on the lid closure, however I don't know who or how it got broken. Only suggestion would be to add instruction on how to use the laundry machine, as it did take a couple of tries to get it going. Overall a great convenient stay that we will definitely explore booking in the future.

Nice Place

The house is overall great and clean. Would definitely stay at again. Only downside if you have littles is there is a ton of decorations that you have to watch for. If only adults or older kids it is a great house.

Overall Pleasant Stay

We stayed here for three days and overall, it was a mostly positive experience. The home is comfortable and clean and recently updated. The host was very responsive and kind. The location is very close to downtown. My only real complaint is that it is literally right across the street from a set of railroad tracks. It didn't really bother us but I always use earplugs when sleeping away from home. With those in, I didn't hear a thing but others might be bothered by the noise as trains do pass through there several times a day. They don't blow the horns close to town though.

Cute and Convenient

Eld's Place is a great cute and convenient house laid out very efficiently making for a roomy small house. House was very clean, updated modern decor, wonderfully decorated, and had everything we needed. We'll definitely stay there again.

Lovely home! Wonderful Stay!

This home is so cute! Beautifully decorated and the Fall touches just enhanced our stay. Immaculately clean! Close to Moquoketa Caves and other attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Great value Rental in fun river town

Second time staying here and it was great again! The house is a perfect size for a family of four. Since the weather was so nice this year we barely were inside the house this year. But this offers a great place to sleep at night with ample space and it feels like home there. It is well equipped home with everything a family would need for a weekend away. The only downside I’d say about this home is its location in town is right by railroad tracks which can get loud for light sleepers at night and make sure any kids understand how to behave around active railways the walk downtown seems short but it takes longer to cross the track safely. Nothing you can’t deal with but wanted to mention we will be staying here again next time we are in town.

Bellvue Ranch

Next door to the Potters Mill. Small but wonderfully cozy. Very clean. If you are passing through and need a place to hang for an evening, it's a prefect fit. I would stay again.

Will definitely book again!

We have friends in the area and have been on the lookout for a great place to stay, and I'm happy to say: we can conclude our search! Jayson's place was pristine, updated, conveniently located, and incredibly comfortable. We will definitely be booking again for our future visits! It is located very near to the railroad tracks, and we heard a few trains throughout the night. However, we've learned to travel with a fan (for air movement and background noise), and the noise of the fan lessened the noise of the train, as well as adding much needed air movement in the master bedroom. Upon arrival, our GPS guided us to turn into the neighbor's gravel drive, but she graciously redirected us to the paved driveway just beyond, so...look for the paved driveway. :)
