Enjoy a true riverfront experience in our Mississippi River Cabin located in the Riverview RV Park in Bellevue Iowa. Enjoy a morning sunrise over the river while having coffee on your private deck or relax indoors with a King bed or jacuzzi bath tub.

The cabin has central air and WiFi with roku streaming TV. There is also private boat docks and launch to use for our guests only. So be sure to bring your boat or fish from the riverbank and enjoy all the River has to offer. Please note steps are required to access cabin.

Great spot for relax!

The host was very helpful during the whole time we were staying. It's an excellent spot for children. We felt very safe and peaceful.

Beautiful view, close to downtown

Great communication from the start, we arrived by boat and allowed us to use their boat dock. The cabin was everything Dan had described in the listing. Beautiful view of the Mississippi River! We will be staying again!

Beautiful River Cabin

Our family stayed at the Riverside Villa because our Cabin was flooded. Dan was able to accommodate us so we didnt have to cancel our trip. We appreciate everything and would recommend staying here to everyone in the Bellevue area!

River cabin experience

The property was amazing,Dan the owner got us in on very short notice and made sure we had everything that we needed. I highly recommend this rental very clean. Nice view. Overall experience was wonderful. We will be back. Thank you so much Dan.

Beautiful view

My son had a basketball tournament in Bellevue so we chose this river home so we could bring our fur babies. It was in a perfect location, spacious , clean and had a beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed having a place to come back and relax at between games. Loved watching the sun rise every morning with our morning coffee.

Wonderful

Dan and Annie are a great couple to work with. The property that we stayed in was the cabin. It is clean and well stocked. The property sits right on the Mississippi so one can enjoy the scenery, barges going up and down and all over river traffic. You wont be disappointed in choosing to stay here. Bellevue itself is a very friendly town within walking distance to shops,bars and restaurants.

what a wonderful view. i really have nothing but nice things to day about and dan & annie. the cabin is awesome. the stairs to get up are a bit much for older people but we managed. spotlessy clean and very comfortable. will come again after i visit their property in puerto rico, lol.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the river cabin. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We usually stay at a bed and breakfast in Galena but wanted to try something different. We’re so glad we did! Galena is an easy 30-40 minute scenic drive from Bellevue. Bellevue is such a nice little town with a pretty boardwalk that we walked along each night on our way to Grandpa’s Ice Cream Shop. The cabin was very cozy and quiet. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Experience

Exactly as described. Very clean, and well stocked. View from the deck and property is amazing. We will definitely be staying here again. Great city with a fabulous cafe called Richman's.They serve the best Omelette you' ll ever have. Friendly bars and shops.

Beautiful Views and Lovely Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Dan's comfy, super clean cabin and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet get-away time. The location is outstanding with quick access to everything in Bellevue. We loved the views with lots of Eagles on the frosty Mississippi!

The cabin was very clean and spacious. The view of the moon and sunrise were breathtaking. The owners are so busy. They are always doing something to make everyone's stay wonderful. We had an amazing time.

Pet Friendly Waterfront Getaway

Dan was fantastic every step of the way, the cabin was exactly as pictured and well stocked with what we needed. We were so grateful to be able to bring my 100 lb Great Dane, I struggled finding a place but, Dan was friendly and extremely accommodating. We had one issue with the smoke detector which Dan came over right away to look at. We even rented the pontoon that is available, Dan explained everything and gave us GREAT recommendations for a place to go and restaurants to try in town. The whole park is very well kept and in such a wonderful little nook of Bellevue within walking distance of restaurants, the farmers market, and right along the Mississippi. I will absolutely be coming back here again!

Relaxing getaway

What a great place to relax along the river! Bellevue is a cute little town with a few great spots to walk to — including coffee and ice cream! Dubuque is very close by and offered so much to explore. Dan was a great host, attentive and accessible. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful!

The cabin was perfect for us and well stocked with what we needed. We enjoyed waking to the morning sun, the views of the Mississippi, and walking along the river. Bellevue is a lovely town and we were able to walk to shops, Richmond's cafe, the new brewery and friends staying nearby.
