Property was great and in a great location. I gave 4 stars on cleanliness only because the carpets could use a good scrub. The rest of the house was super clean! Would def stay again!

My family loved staying here! It was so close to the beach, the condo was exactly all we needed. Great views from the patio. We enjoyed having breakfast there and spotting whales every morning. Thank you!

We loved having a view of the ocean. We even saw whales from the balcony! There were binoculars in the unit. We enjoyed spending some time in the hot tub in the evening.

Property was awesome! Kitchen had everything you could need, wifi was great, check in and out was seamless.Great A/C in the unit, beautiful view and great location to KiHei food truck oasis (which is heaven for foodies!)

Awesome Time

We had a great stay and location was right next to the beach. It was a few minutes to Kihei and centrally located for other activities. Kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely recommend it.

Amazing!

This was a great condo in Kehei! We enjoyed the grassy lawn in front, access to the beach area, loved seeing the pickleball court, enjoyed shuffleboard and the pool and hot tub. Overall a really comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay

The staff on site was super nice and helpful, the unit was well appointed, the pool was great. Everything was more than adequate for our family of 4. The beach isn't a great swimming beach, but it's a short drive to the beaches in Kihei and we saw turtles right off the beach every evening. Overall, a great place to stay and will definitely be back.

Amazing spot!!!!

The property was stunning! We were on a girls holiday and enjoyed being so close to the beach, the pool and hot tub were an added bonus. Our condo was the perfect size for four adults, comfortable and so clean. We travelled all around the island, Luana Kai was in a perfect location. I hope we can visit again.

Nice Setup for Family of Four

12 day stay from Christmas until Jan 6 / Nice views/ nice pool This unit is dated & the seating is uncomfortable. The beds were comfortable. A coat of white paint would really liven the place up.

Were we pleased with our stay in D303!!!The condo was very clean and cozy and offers beautiful views. The bathrooms are nice with tile showers and good water pressure, tho the upstairs toilets sits somewhat low to the ground. The location of Luana Kai itself is perfect, just about 10 minutes from The Food Trucks that we visited several times and several other shops and beaches. The condo itself is also in a perfect location, literally 125 steps to the beach and sits at the back of the small (A-D) resort and even tho it's located in the middle of the D building was still quiet. Be aware that since it is located on the top, there are 3 flights of stairs, but it was worth the climb! The condo has stackable washer/dryer and pods provided which was a plus. There is a closet of misc beach items ie boogie board, some sand toys, a few snorkel masks and beach chairs - those were a huge win for us! And beach towels were provided. The pool/hot tub are in close distance and also has a shuffleboard game just outside the gate. I was hesitant to leave anything negative, but an honest review isn't always bad. We found the Wi-Fi very spotty and we didn't use it most of the time - but then again we didn't go to Maui to be on our phones/Wi-Fi ;) The pickleball courts were advertised but no paddles were provided.Overall this rental is a must and has so much to offer! It is very clean and has the basic things needed for a 9 day stay.

Clean well appointed unit

For the price we paid - this was a great little unit. Enjoyed watching the surf and pickleball players in the morning. Unit was clean and well appointed, and a great deal for the price.

The property is great. The condo is very clean and as expected. The beach is great for walking not so great for swimming and snorkeling. But the prior reviews notes this. Thank you.

Nice stay

We had a nice stay in this apartment. We had trouble at check-in and couldn't get in contact with the owner so we waited about an hour to get into the place, but the host was nice enough to refund us a little for the trouble. Location was nice and everything was clean! We just wish there was more lighting inside the apartment.
