The Surf is up in this completely Newly Remodeled and Newly Furnished 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Villa in desirable Tennis Master, Shipyard. This beautiful Surf décor unit offers an open gourmet kitchen with Maple cabinets, Tile flooring, Granite counters, New Stainless Appliances, Breakfast bar, built in granite topped desk, as well as the laundry closet with washer and dryer.

The tiled floor dining room is open to the family room and offers seating for 6. The family room has plenty of comfortable furniture along with a 55"mounted flat screen TV, DVD/DVR, Plantation shutters & ceiling fan. The sliding glass doors allow access to the deck with gas grill and table for 4. After a day at the beach relax in the year round screened in living area off the deck, complete with sectional couch, in/outdoor carpeting, ceiling fan & fantastic views of the golf course/lagoon.

The first floor primary suite , offers wood flooring, King bed, 40" mounted flat screen TV, double closets, ceiling fan & a sliding door that opens to the deck area. The spacious Primary Bath has a Lg. Walk-in tiled shower, tile flooring, Corian top maple vanity. Guest powder rm is located on the 1st floor with granite topped vanity.

The wood stairs lead you to the 2nd floor which features, 2 guest bedrooms with wood flooring, ceiling fans, private full baths with tile flooring, walk-in tiled showers & marble topped vanities, 38"mounted flat screen TV's, double closets and a private balcony. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed along with a day bed w/ trundle with balcony views of the golf course. The 2nd guest bedroom offers queen bed w/ front views.

The large community pool is steps away!! Or, enjoy a short walk or bike ride to the beach.

Gate passes are $35 per car, Pets are $225 per pet 2 MAX( VRBO will only charge you for 1cp, and 1 pet, if you need additional car passes, or have an additional pet we will contact you for additional payment). 2 car passes max.

Good property

A bit longer walk to the beach than represented in the VRBO write up, but all in all, a nice property.

Loved the home! & easy walk to the beach!

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at the Tennismaster 801! Unit is just as described if not, better than described! We will definitely like to return next year!

Spacious place inside and out in great location

This is a spacious three bedroom - good group space downstairs, private deck with its own grill (awesome feature!) and screened in porch to keep the bugs away. It was just what the pictures indicated and that often isn't the case. I recommend this space. Sunset has the BEST check in procedure we have ever seen using keyless entry that activates at a certain time. It is super client friendly

Wedding Week Retreat

Great Property, Great Location! Townhome has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which gives the advantage of feeling like you have your own private hotel room. Our group had various schedules, so we were coming and going at different times all week. It was no problem at all in this property. When we were all together we had lots of seating for meals and just hanging out. Property is within walking distance of the beach & the Sonesta. Our wedding guests rented about 7 units in tennismaster that weekend and it was like having our own little neighborhood. So much fun1

Vacation.

Great experience. Place was nicely setup. Enough room during the rain to spread out. One thing to consider is a no hanging towel policy in tennis master. The HOA President or someone knocked on our door. Just have to wash your bathing suits and towels and consider them being wet in the rental place. Just would have hung towels outside a lot more than expected. Definitely rent bikes. And the parking pass for the public beach was good. Just get there early.

Thank you for that great feedback! Most of our units are in HOA regulated areas and have this rule. We ourselves are not a fan but we have to adhere to the rules. We hope that your family will come back and visit soon

4th of July week- not too sparkly

Images online proved different than reality upon arrival to the unit. While beds & linens appeared refreshed, overall the unit was grimy. Doors, walls, bathrooms were not clean at-all. The unit is in need of a deep clean & refreshed paint job throughout, perhaps more often during the busy season. The couch needed cleaned & the screen porch furniture was filthy. The dishwasher was difficult to start. Online pics didn’t totally match decor. This unit needs some TLC for the weekly rate they are getting for sure!

Update pictures online

The townhouse was very nice and it accomadated all of our family and other family that was staying at Port-O-Call. The only downside was the pictures online of the screened in porch and the deck were not accurate. The furniture was not as shown, it was old grayish wicker and somewhat dirty, the deck furniture was old, worn wrought iron. The deck, itself, needs some attention, as it is dipping down. The amount of spider webs on the door and walls/ceiling need to be vacuumed away. I do realize that these are small issues in the big scheme of things, however, people look at the pictures of rental properties and that's what sells them, perhaps updated pictures should be put online.

Easter Week in Hilton Head

The property had plenty of space for my family. The location to the beach was great but the house needs a VERY thorough cleaning. The furniture is so soiled and uncomfortable. We couldn't even use the screen porch because the furniture was so stained and dirty. When we arrived, we took our shoes off because we do that at home. After about an hour the bottoms of our feet were black. Obviously the floors don't get washed often and well. We have stayed in many homes in Hilton Head but this did not meet our expectations are far as being cleaned.

Tennismaster 801 Awesome Condo

The condo was great. I could live there year round. We met one permanent neighbor who was very nice. Shipyard as a whole is fantastic and so pretty.

Great condo

The condo was clean and well equipped. Short walk to beach and golf cart stops that will pick you up and take you to beach. Management checked to make sure everything was going well with our stay.

Amazing Get-Away

We had a great time. The house was great. The beach was a further distance away than we thought. After we walked there the first time, we loaded up the truck and drove the rest of the days. It's a short drive. We also saw alligators in the lagoon and on the golf fairway....that was awesome! The area is very beautiful and there is plenty of shopping and sightseeing in the area.

Great Setup & Location

This property was perfect for our family Spring Break vacation. Walking distance to beach and pool! Short drive to restaurants, shopping and grocery. Relaxing deck with grill and screened in porch.

Enjoyed our stay at Shipyard - Tennismaster

The villa was just as advertised, very clean, and the property manager quickly responded to all our communications. Everything is within walking distance (beach, pool, golf, tennis) but I would recommend renting bikes, makes it a lot more fun.

February in Hilton Head

The living area is comfortable. The kitchen modern and is well stocked. All three beds were really firm. I could not get an answer about what was recyclable so we guessed. It would help to include in kitchen list. The walk to the sonesta and beach is fast and easy.
