Nous avons été ravis de pouvoir séjourner dans cette belle et spacieuse maison de vacances familiale possédant un splendide et vaste jardin. La maison a été très bien rénovée. Elle se trouve proche de Perros Guirec, Trégastel et Trébeurden que nous apprécions beaucoup. Les activités possibles sont très nombreuses : randonnée, cyclisme, natation, nautisme y compris surf sans oublier l’admiration de la côte de granit rose.

Gepflegtes Objekt mit wunderschönen Ausblick

Wir wohnten 2 Wochen in dem Haus. Alles ist gepflegt, gut erhalten und uneingeschränkt nutzbar. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme mit defektem Equipment oder Interieur. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt, durch die Überdachung immer schön warm und auch bei schlechtem Wetter nutzbar. Die Außenanlage ist wunderschön bepflanzt und gewartet. Das gesamte Grundstück ist eingezäunt, das Tor öffnet sich elektronisch. Im Wintergarten lässt es sich abends herrlich sitzen. Entgegen der Aussage der Vermieterin war die an das Grundstück angrenzende Straße deutlich hörbar und somit das einzige Manko.

Une villa parfaite pour un séjour entre copains

Super maison bien équipée. Toutes les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables et dotées d'une bonne literie ! Jolie vue, belle terrasse et piscine au top. Et en plus, toutes les infos étaient indiquées et même un tutoriel pour la piscine. Ce qui nous assure un séjour bien organisé et serein, il n'y a plus qu'à profiter ! Allez y les yeux fermés !

La maison a fait l'unanimité pour les petits et les grands. La vue dégagée est splendide, la terrasse est tellement agréable, un vrai plaisir et en prime un beau coucher de soleil qui nous a ébloui. La maison est très propre, neuve, spacieuse, fonctionnelle, épuré, rien a redire et surtout la piscine au top. Si on peut on reviendra!!! Le coin est top, Tregastel 👍 Très bon accueil et disponibilité. Merci pour tout. Tout a été parfait 😁

Superbe villa, séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un week end en famille à la Villa Romayann, avec des enfants de 4 a 12 ans. Les prestations de la maison conviennent parfaitement à ce type de réunion familiale , matériel bébé à dispo si besoin, vaisselle en quantité , grandes tables dedans et dehors , nombreuses chambres, grandes douches dans les 2 salles de bain. Tout le confort est là , et la vue panoramique de la terrasse sur la cote est imprenable. Un grand parc garantit la tranquillité autour de la maison. La propriétaire nous a envoyé toutes les instructions de manière détaillée en amont de notre séjour, et elle a été disponible pendant notre week end également pour répondre à nos interrogations. Nous recommandons cette belle maison, et serions ravis d’y revenir au plus vite !
