This lovely two-bedroom condo is conveniently located on the first floor right next to the hot tubs - perfect for some après-ski relaxation after an afternoon on the mountain!

Inside, you'll find an updated, full kitchen with granite countertops, cherry cabinets, and a breakfast bar to make preparing and enjoying home-cooked meals a snap. The dining area has seating for six, perfect for family game nights, while the cozy living area features a warming gas fireplace and access out to the furnished balcony. The doors and trim have all been updated and there is new carpet throughout. Guests will also enjoy additional on-site amenities including a pool, fitness room, grilling area, and free parking, plus there is a free, seasonal shuttle to take you to over to the mountain or into downtown.

The primary bedroom contains an en suite bathroom. In the second bedroom, there is a queen bed and a set of twin bunks, plus an additional full bathroom. For extra sleeping space, there is also a leather sofa bed in the living room.

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

Here for the summer? You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
