The process was very smooth from start to finish with communication be excellent. The property is very beautiful with plenty of things to do for all ages! You can tell a lot of thought was put into this for everyone to have a very good time and a very clean environment. Everything they say is true about this property. I highly recommend it for gatherings. We were 11 adults. And it was perfect for us for everyone to have a room. And the sun rises are out of this world from the back deck. And the beds were extremely comfortable throughout! Thanks to the host for such an enjoyable experience!Sabrina

We stayed at Easter with 20 family members in ages from 2 years to 87 . This is the most kid friendly house we have ever rented. The owner was quick to get back to us on any questions we had. A beautiful view and plenty to do for entertainment.

We had a wonderful stay with our friends and kids. The porch offers beautiful views and was a great place to relax. We did have an issue with the pool heater, but the hosts were extremely responsive and quickly sent a technician to resolve it. Their communication throughout our stay was excellent. We also enjoyed the outdoor game area and the bungee tree scape with our kids.
Sunrise by the outdoor cold plunge/hot tub.

This property was perfect for our group of four families and two dogs. The layout and amenities gave both the adults and kids plenty to do, with everyone enjoying different areas of the property throughout our stay.Even with off-and-on rain, we were able to make the most of everything the property had to offer. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, and we took full advantage of the outdoor grilling and smoking areas for several family meals.One feature we especially appreciated was the multiple refrigerators, which made it incredibly convenient to store all the food and drinks our group brought. Small details like that made hosting a large group much easier.We had a fantastic time and would absolutely rent this property again!

Great stay. I rented this for a company retreat. The place was very nice and had all the amenities we needed, and then some. The best part of the stay is that there is no strange check out process( take out the trash, strip the sheets, etc). This was very nice and I wish more places had similar checkouts.

Rooms were clean. The property had 2 hot tubs and a cold plunge. All of them were great. Awesome hiking trail and the views were awesome. Very family friendly.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was warm, responsive and helpful. The property was clean and full of amenities. We were able to entertain a family of 16 with 8 kids ranging from 4yrs - 17yrs old! So thankful to have found this gem. Note: We did have some issues with a few things (stove, golf simulator, grill) but the host was eager and ready to help with every step!

This was the perfect property for a large bachelorette party. There were so many different areas to hang out in that saved our rainy pool day. Everyone loved the hot tubs and cold plunge and we didn't feel too separate being in different houses. We also had no issues getting Ubers or Doordash delivery.

This place is paradise

This place is paradise, from the moment we got there we knew this was the right place for us. Both houses were just perfect, the pool was relaxing and all the amenities at this place has makes it a perfect vacation spot. Recommend this to anyone

The best Hill Country experience

This house has everything for a family or group of friends! We celebrated a birthday and enjoyed everything the property offerered, including the heated pool on a chilly January weekend. The property owners were wonderful to work with and accommodating for our group's needs. We can't wait to visit again and stay longer.

The property was amazing. They provided everything, from a huge assortment of spices, all kitchen gadgets, lots of coffee condiments, hair dryers, straighteners, curling irons, beach towels. Having 2 kitchens, living rooms etc was great. All outdoor lights were on timers. They truly thought of everything. We were a group of older ladies and the set up was perfect. Loved the pickleball court. There’s so much to do we didn’t get to everything, so we will definitely go back.

Memorial Day Weekend 2023

Had our whole family out to enjoy the weekend. We relaxed by the pool, enjoyed tons of games around the property and explored the town of Wimberley. Property is extremely close to the town and easily accessible. The game room was amazing. Hosts are always available. Great property!

Hill Country Paradise

What a great idea to throw my own birthday party! I invited the family and enjoyed pretending it was my home and property. The view was outstanding with plenty of room to play and toys to play with! We took advantage of the hot tub and pool. It felt like sleeping in treehouse! Attention to detail was evident throughout both houses.

This property is fantastic. We stayed with our kids and grandkids (19 people) There was plenty of room and never did we feel crowded. The view of the hill country is priceless. Woke up for the sunrise each day. The grandkids loved the tree rope, the pool, movie night. We all enjoyed the fire pit, pool, golf simulator, sauna, cold plunge, many decks to sit on and the game room. My son in laws loved the pickle ball court! The house has everything you need, grills, kitchen appliances, towels, seating, washer, dryer, (all upscale appliances) comfy beds, awesome ac. I could go on and on. We will be back! The host was an excellent communicator, quick to respond to any questions. They even coordinated a swap of something I took by mistake and something we left on the property by mistake! White glove service! Go here! You won't regret it! You will not want to leave! I promise.

Absolutely Perfect!

This is a beautiful property that was perfect for our large family gathering. There was plenty of room for the 16 of us and with two separate houses, you could always find a quiet spot for work or relaxing and always plenty of fun spots with the large game room which was a hit with all ages and the outdoor pool and hot tub. We enjoyed several outings to nearby shops, restaurants and parks, but we could have just stayed on the property and had a great time taking advantage of all it had to offer. We rent large homes every Christmas/New Years in different cities around the country and in Mexico for all our children and grandchildren and this was a favorite. The hosts are fantastic - going way out of their way to decorate and have gifts when we arrived on Christmas day - answering any questions immediately and suggesting services such as a masseuse to come to the house for massages! There isn't a thing I would change. We hope to return another year. Thank you Mitch and Robin!

We stayed here for a family vacation. After years of disappointing experiences we finally found a rental that was everything it advertised. We had 30 people from ages 4 to 70 years and we all enjoyed the stay. The houses were very clean. The host responded immediately to questions. The house was cool even with the large windows for the amazing view. The netting was a hit with everyone. Kitchen was well stocked and there were was plenty of iceboxes for all the food. We never felt crowded. Even at meal time. I highly recommend this special place for any kind of gathering. We plan to return next year.
