Bonjour Madame, la mauvaise foi semble être une de vos qualités premières! Suite à ce bug et cette occupation éffective de l' appartement concerné et l'erreur humaine que nous avons reconnue, nous vous avons éffectivement proposé les 2 chambres pour les 2 premières nuits afin de trouver une solution laternativeet récupérer l'appartement pour les 3 nuits suivantes et restantes. Vous n'avez pas accepté et aveza fait un scandale à la Réception , nous bloquant même les formalités d'arrivée pour nos autres clients.!! devant votre attitude , nous vous avons trouvé l'appartement d'une amie , situé à 50m de la location réservée( appartement tout neuf et entièrement rénové , d'ailleurs en offre en location sur Abritel!) , mais ne nous ayant pas laissé le temps de nous assurer de son état , vous avez souhaité l'occuper immédiatement! Celà nous aurait été préférable d'avoir la matinée pour le néttoyer au nécéssaire. Nos pensons avoir largement réparé le désagrément causé et devant votre attitude que nous qualifions "d' inacceptable ", nous n'envisageons pas de vous donner de l'argent, si tel est le sens de votre mot de "dédommagement".
