Conveniently located and only 3 miles from area beaches, Heavenly Ski Resort and neighboring night life-our home is the perfect place for your escape.
Sleeps 10 comfortably and boasts 3 separate living rooms for all family and friends to celebrate time together or enjoy some quiet time.

Lake Tahoe 2020 July

The place is nice and upgraded and relatively clean, the problem was the futons bed were not comfortable at all, none of bedrooms and bathrooms were lockable??!! We did cooking and not enough pots and pans for us. We needed kettle for boiling water and it wasn’t there , no salt and pepper, I found some white stuff on my comforter.

Perfect stay

We had such a wonderful stay here. We came with a 2 and 4 year old, aunts and uncles, and our elderly parents. It was a perfect home for all of us, lots of beds for everyone, fully stocked kitchen, and excellent location. The house was very clean and had lots of extra towels for everyone. I highly recommend this home for families traveling together.

Cleanliness fell short

This house has great potential to create an amazing stay! Molly is a nice host with good communication; and the house, for the most part, was as pictured. Unfortunately, the cleanliness fell short. Although the listing says there is a policy that there is 24 hours between occupants for cleanliness (likely due to covid precautions), this was clearly not followed. As a result, the housekeepers were not able to clean the house in the short time they had to turn it over. When we arrived (after 4pm check-in time) they were still there. They left shortly after; but I wish they stayed to finish the job! There was trash stuffed behind one of couches, which was pulled away from the wall. There was a nice throw blanket for the lounge chair that was stuffed behind a couch amongst all the nasty trash and food stuffed back there. I contacted the host but the outcome did little to make up for what I would expect from the most expensive rental I have stayed in. I had to clean up the mess and laundered the blankets myself, went to the store and got cleaning supplies to disinfect surfaces. There were a few other messes we encountered, along with dirty counters in the kitchen. We went to cook and found that many of the dishes were not clean, the pots and pans were placed in the drawers dirty, with grease all over them and leaking onto the lining of the cabinet. I had to clean it all, which was totally not cool. The were a few other minor issues, including the fireplace not working but someone came over to fix it immediately. Other than the those issues, this would be a 5/5 for sure. Home is in a convenient location in a nice area. I was let down by the lack of cleanliness but I don’t fault Molly, I truly believe if the 24 hour cleaning period would have been upheld it would have allowed enough time to appropriately clean. Beautiful property and otherwise great stay!

Perfect

Perfect home in a perfect location. Really conveniently located for a quick trip to anywhere along the Lake. The interior is laid out so that everyone has privacy but you can also hang out together on the deck or living room or upstairs living space with a gorgeous view. Super cool neighbors too. Loved this house and will definitely come back again.

Great Stay

Plenty of room for everyone. We stayed in because of Covid and it was the perfect getaway. Plenty of room. Doors don’t have locks but we didn’t mind. Amazing bathrooms.
