A spacious, attractive 2 bed villa with pool, smart TV, wifi and aircon

Can Botana is a quiet, private location in the popular resort of Cala San Vicente. The complex is hidden in the pine trees with well established gardens. There are 12 separate villas with access to a large, shared pool with plenty of sunbeds.
You can see the sea from the villa and to walk to the resort takes a couple of minutes. There are 3 lovely beaches and many bars and restaurants. The villa is suitable for both couples or families (with children).

You are renting the whole villa, including it's outside spaces. We are excited to announce that our villa has had a complete re styling; offering a contemporary feel, whilst retaining its Mallorcean charm. The villa is extremely spacious, light and airy offering generous space for couples and families.
The ground floor has a wall mounted air conditioned unit, 2 comfortable sofas and an IPTV television with many channels. There is also a separate downstairs cloakroom and coat cupboard that contains the safe. For indoor dining. there is a large dining table and 6 chairs.
The large, fitted kitchen contains new appliances, including electric hob and eye level electric oven, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, large fridge freezer and water softener.
The large terrace at the back of the property is accessed by doors from the dining room and the kitchen. Here, there is further seating at rattan dining table and 6 chairs or separate sofa and 2 chairs. We have added some outside curtains to this area which can be closed if required to add additional privacy.
Upstairs there is a huge double bedroom with a large, private sun terrace and twin beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and silent running air conditioning units. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, bath, toilet and basin with vanity unit below. There is an electric extractor fan and heated towel rail.
The bed on the large landing can be moved into the main bedroom if required, please move back on your day of departure.
You have access to the pool and sunbathing area around the pool. Then all the villas have their own semi private space front and rear of the villa. There is parking on the road below the complex. We have a housekeeper locally who will respond to any enquiries. Her contact details are in the villa. Once booked we will send you the booking forms this also has the tourist tax to be paid based on €2 per night per adult.
