Beautiful new townhome in the heart of Chattanooga’s vibrant Southside district. Very spacious bedrooms and living room/kitchen area comfortably accommodates 7. Take a short, 5 minute stroll to the hub of Main Street where you’ll find many of Chattanooga’s best local restaurants and bars. Third floor screened in porch with fusball table is a really cool feature! Outside patio with gas grill and patio table.

Girls weekend

This property is clean, spacious, and convenient to so much. We had so much room for all of us to hangout and plenty of bathrooms and beds. We only had to get in our car once this whole weekend. There was so much food and activities within walking distance. We would definitely book this place again!!

Not What I Expected

This is clearly someones home. They have their belongings there, food in the fridge and freezer, toiletries out in the bathroom, clothes in the dressers and closets. The lights in the front were not working and there were several light bulbs burned out in the living room and bathrooms. There are no TV's in the bedrooms. I was told if I needed extra towels they were in the dryer. When I brought this to the attention of the property manager and explained we were not happy I got a thumbs up. Clearly not the response I thought I'd get. After I told her I was checking out early did she send a response apologizing and asking me where the lights were burned out so she can pass that on to the owner. We could not even get the door to lock when we left and had to notify her of that also. Please be very clear what you are renting when you book this place. It is not at all what we expected and we were VERY disappointed!

We wanted to surprise our daughter for her 30th Birthday. Part of that was to stay at a nice place. The accommodation were perfect, great location and comfort for all.

Great for our family

The townhouse was the perfect amount of space and comfortable to stay for 3 nights. We were 4 adults and 2 kids. The twin bed is in a small room with a window and pocket door inside the other 3rd floor bedroom. The owner's things are in dressers so there is minimal space to unpack. For our short stay we just lived out of our bags. The location is in walking distance to a few restaurants and in a mix of residential and industrial buildings. The train is VERY close and you can hear the horn blaring when it passes (sometimes in the middle of the night). Overall this worked for us and we were pleased with the stay.

Great Property, Great Location

We loved this property!!! Property manager was super easy to work with, the townhouse was new, clean, & comfy. Lots of space. Located in a revitalization neighborhood orhood so lots of really good restaurants, bars & entertainment within walking distance. We even walked downtown to the river/aquarium area. Really a great time, we would 100% choose this Property again!!!

Perfect location

Very nice condo downtown. Perfect location to walk to Station Street area for bars and restaurants. Property was clean and well stocked. Back garden area has a grill and picnic table to enjoy the outdoors. 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor and 2 on 3rd (although it should be noted that the 3rd floor rooms are pass through and one is basically a big closet but would work well for kids) This spot was perfect for our needs.
