Nos ha encantado, tiene muy buena distribución, puedes estar en la cocina y estar en contacto directo con todo el mundo que esté en el salón o en la piscina. Muy límpio y todo muy nuevo. Mucho sitio de almacenaje. Le falten ollas y menaje, se queda corto para 8 personas. Muy muy comodo de estar, camas de buena calidad, sofá grande y muy comodo.... nos ha encantado

Fantastic villa in a lovely Spanish seaside resort

The villa was beautiful in a great location for a lovely family holiday. Easy walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Villa was beautiful and clean and Damian the property manager was really helpful. Our 4 children loved the pool.

Fantastic Stay - Didn't want to leave!

Everything you could want in a holiday villa. Well equipped, modern, a short walk to bars, restaurants and the beach. Damian was very accommodating with checkin/out. Only wish we'd booked another week.

The perfect stay

We had a great weekend in this villa. Extremely clean, spacious and comfortable for 7 people. Damian was very helpful and flexible with our times which was great, and we even arrived to a stocked fridge! Location was ideal, short walk to bars/restaurants and beach. Every one of us had a blast. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Villa for Family holiday

The Villa is large, modern, clean and had all the facilities for comfort including toys and bucket and spade etc for our Grandson. Thanks to Damien for greeting us and quickly responding to any queries we had during our stay. We all enjoyed our holiday in Lo Pagan.

Lovely house

Beautiful modern house. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Damian, who looked after us, was lovely and very helpful. Lots of toys for kids, nice terrace to enjoy the evening sun, comfy beds and they even provide beach towels. It is conveniently located about 10-15 mns walk to the sea front with lots of good restaurants.

Sehr gut für eine Großfamilie

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind zur Jahreswende 12 Tage in diesem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lichtdurchflutet. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und die Betreuung vor Ort waren sehr gut. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten einfach Klasse, ebenso die Gastronomie. Das Mar Menor erreicht man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. Wie so oft in Südspanien lebt man in einer nichtssagenden Neubausiedlung, die 9 Monate im Jahr kaum bewohnt ist. Es gab nur einen Kritikpunkt: Die angegebene Wohnfläche von 400 Quadratmetern stimmt natürlich nicht.Die tatsächliche Wohnfläche beträgt ca. 100 Quadratmeter, hinzu kommen die gleiche Fläche an Dachterrasse und ein kleiner "Garten" mit Kunstrasen. Relaxing break in this home from home!

Lovely clean, modern and comfortable house, everything we needed for a relaxing holiday with kids. Close to shops, restaurants and great location for the beach - a day trip to Cartagena is worthwhile if you manage to leave the comfort of the house.

Top huis met heerlijke slaapkamers

Geweldig lekker, mooi en ruim huis. Het kan er behoorlijk warm worden dus dat zwembad is een verademing. 's Avonds lekkers eten op het enorme dakterras waar ten behoeve van het natafelen ook een heerlijke loungeset staat. Hier pak je de laatste streepjes zon van de dag mee (als je nog niet genoeg heb t gehad) Er is genoeg te doen in deze streek. Bijvoorbeeld een uitstapje naar de prachtige stad Cartagena of Alicante (de laatste ligt iets verder weg) De wegen zijn er over het algemeen goed voor elkaar. Omdat er veel Spanjaarden in deze streek op vakantie gaan, vindt je in de steegjes achteraf (dus niet direct aan de boulevard) de leukste restaurantjes waar je voor een appel en een ei heerlijke tapas kunt eten. Wij gaan deze zomer misschien wel weer.

Lovely Villa

We stayed at the villa for 4 weeks and had a great holiday. The villa was beautiful,very modern , bright and spacious. Damien, who looks after the property was very helpful throughout our stay and kept in contact to make sure everything was ok. San Pedro itself is a lovely Spanish town with a lovely beach and lots of small Spanish bars. Thanks again for a great holiday, we will definately be back.
