6 BED SLEEPS 12/14 WIFI -AIR CON- POOL TABLE- SKY TV

Ideal for large families, friends sharing, cyclists and golfers
This is a wonderful, modern property with all your holiday requirements. Spacious, fully air conditioned rooms which are all newly furnished. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
There are beautiful views of the salt lakes and sea beyond from the master bedroom where you can watch the sun go down on an evening.
Outside there are 6 sun loungers, 6 chairs and tables under parasols and a large pergola with table and seating for 12 for al fresco dining.
There is also a stone table and chairs which seats at least 6.
A new addition is a pool table which has been a huge hit. (Not to be used after 11pm to be respectful to our neighbours and adhere to Spanish law.)
The villa is set in the centre of a large 500 m2 corner plot. It has orange, lemon and olive trees and a large palm tree.
Outside bathroom and shower area.
Free satellite tv and fibre optic internet included. There are 3 security cameras which are used when the villa is not occupied by guests. They will not be operative while we have guests staying and will also be covered for your privacy.
Nearest bars and restaurants are a 20 minute walk and shops a 5 minute drive
A car is recommended.

Great communication and check in. It’s a little remote but a short drive to San Miguel with supermarket and restaurants. The inside communal spaces/kitchen are a little tired but the outside space was ideal. Lots of amenities outside with BBQ, Pool, Pool Table and Darts. Worked for 3 families.

Golf trip with friends

We stayed in the villa for four days in mid-March. Really enjoyed the Villa, communication with property manager was excellent and the house met all our needs. A bit of distance to restaurants and shops but we had cars or used taxis which worked well.

We have just returned from a week stay at this property and can not fault it. Rosie was brilliant from the start and so friendly. Lovely clean house, plenty of room, good size pool. Lovely villa. Just a couple of suggestions: at least one of the folding parasols need replacing as it cannot be fixed in the upright position. On our last visit we had a lovely 'welcome pack' that was absent this time. Not incumbent on the owners to provide as such, but it did make a nice touch. Maybe the pool area could be jet-washed as it would probably look a million dollars afterwards. Otherwise, really enjoyed the space and facilities.

Stunning spacious Villa perfect for large families.

Party of 10 just returned from a 10 day stay in this beautiful villa. This is a perfect villa for large families, boasting the 6 bedroom 4 bathroom layout. There was enough space for us all. It's situated about a mile away from the nearest village ( San Miguel) so unless you like to walk in the heat, a car is highly recommend. From arriving to our last day we enjoyed the pool every day which was so needed in the heat! Equally beautiful views. The villa came equipped with plenty of kitchen equipment we never ran out!! The welcome pack was also a lovely touch from travelling and enjoying our first drink and sit down. The management company were very welcoming and were on call at any time if any issues ( which there weren't any!!). Plenty of room for large families

Everything we needed was provided from a travel cot and high chair to pool towels; of which there were masses and very well used with everyone in and out of the pool. Being a large family with differing ages there was an area in the villa suitable for everyone. Taxis hit and miss in the area if you don’t hire a car! But my daughter belongs to villa Martin forum and we found an Uber type company that we could book and track arrival simply. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time together as a family and the weather was amazing!

Perfect Villa in a peaceful location

We have just arrived home from a wonderful 10 day stay in the villa. Everything was perfect for us, the welcome pack was a lovely surprise especially with a hungry toddler and arriving late! Absolutely beautiful villa had everything you needed and more very spacious pool was fabulous

The villa was brilliant from start to finish plenty of information about villa and area. Lovely and clean, we got picked up from airport then hired a car which was much easier. The owners couldn’t be more helpful. Will definitely be booking again and telling people about the villa, 5 star plus .

We are a family of 8 and purchased this wonderful villa this year for our enjoyment and for others to rent for a holiday. We have refurnished it throughout with new furniture both inside and out.

Why they chose this property

We love staying here and would love to share it with others. It is a most wonderful location, all private villas, beautiful views out to the salt lakes and the sea beyond. Lovely quiet area. Only 10 minutes drive to the fantastic beaches, bars and restaurants in Villamartin.
The village of San Miguel de Salinas is a 5 minute drive where you will find more bars, restaurants, shops and supermarket. There is also weekly market on a Wednesday which is worth a visit.
There is a bar in San Miguel that do a courtesy mini bus there and back on an evening.
