Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted and equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).

Ideally located in the heart of Saint-Malo, just a few minutes from the Intra Muros ramparts (1.4 km) and the famous Sillon beach (700m), in a shopping district: bakery, restaurants, tobacconist/press, car rental.... all amenities and transport nearby.
- Bus: nearest bus stop âTALARDSâ served by routes 1 /4/5/ 8 at the bottom of the building.
- SNCF train station: 400m
- Dinard airport: 25min by car
- Rennes airport: 70 km to Rennes St Jacques
- Ferry to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey, 25min walk from the apartment or 5mn by car.
