This place was not up to standard and was misleading in the description. The sleeping options were either bunk beds or a futon. Neither of which came with sheets or pillow cases. As for the parking on site, it means you have to find a spot in the street in a very busy area. Unfortunately for us the booking was non refundable and we have been charged the full price for two nights even though we declined the room. For sanitary reasons we chose to pay for a hotel rather than sleep there. Expedia was our booking agent and said the refund was up to the host. We have heard nothing from either.

studio équipé de façon très sommaire

Attention, le linge n'est pas fourni, ce qui aurait dû être précisé explicitement dans l'annonce ou dès les premiers échanges avec le propriétaire. Nous avons donc perdu une demi-journée sur quatre dans un supermarché à chercher des draps, serviettes de toilette, torchons, ... Il n'y a pas la moindre fourniture à part quelques feuilles de papier toilette, pas un grain de sel ni une goutte d'huile ... rien. Les ustensiles de cuisine mériteraient d'être changés (poêles antiadhésives vétustes). Mais heureusement, Saint-Malo reste Saint-Malo !

Si vous aviez pris le soin de bien lire l'annonce (comme je vous l'avais fait remarquer le jour de votre venue , quand vous évoquiez l'absence de drap) vous auriez vu que le linge n'était pas fourni puisque pas noté dans le descriptif, ce qui n'est pas noté est forcément absent, .....De plus, par mesure d'hygiène , il nous parait primordial et évident de ne pas laisser de denrées alimentaires ( sel , huile ....).Enfin, un rouleau de papier toilette dans un dévidoir devrait vous suffire pour 4 jours il nous semble. La plate forme Abritel permet de poser des questions aux propriétaires afin de bien préparer un séjour ,vous auriez dû vous en servir et poser vos questions cruciales( y a t il des draps , du sel , de l'huile....?) Prenez le temps cette fois ci de retourner sur notre annonce afin de relire les avis positifs, vous vous sentirez bien seule... Merci d'avoir signaler dans votre avis la très belle vue mer , la situation à 50 mètres de la plage de notre studio , la cuisine aménagée et salle de bain neuves ainsi que toutes les commodités à pied .C'est de l'humour bien sûr .....une omission de votre part certainement. Ah , la mauvaise foi !!!!!

Appartement très sympa

Apparemment très sympa avec très belle vue sur la mer et très bien située , qui offre un bon séjour avec tout les commerce à proximité à faire à pied , propriétaire très arrangeant et très aimable je recommande !
