Antique Farmhouse On The Hills Of Lucca
In the heart of the Lucca hills, on a gentle slope that from the Pizzorne mountains descends toward the plains of Lucca, extend the seven hectares of the Fattoria Camigliano vineyards.
Historically, the land belonged to the Guinigi family, which the logo of the Farm is reminiscent of with the face of Paolo Guinigi, Lord of Lucca between 1400 and 1430.
Composed of two adjoining apartments: Cantina and Coppaia, the farmhouse overlooks a lush waste of vineyards and olive trees and is provided with any type of comfort while preserving the charme featuring the classic Tuscany country houses.
Away from the noise of the city, deep into the nature, you will enjoy moments of utter peace and relax with every type of comfort thought to make your stay unforgettable.
The apartment la Coppaia features rooms with traditional Tuscan chestnut-beamed ceilings and terra cotta floors, which create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi where you can enjoy precious relaxing moments. The rooms, decorated in restful natural shades, are all equipped with an air conditioning system for the guests to enjoy a comfortable stay even during the hot summer months. The ground floor is composed of a fully equipped pleasant kitchen and a spacious lounge with fireplace.
Upper Floor:
• 2 double rooms with view
• 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi
Ground Floor:
• a lounge with fireplace and dining table which can sit up to 8 people
• a fully equipped kitchen with table for 6
• a small service bathroom
Outside:
• dining table for 4 and BBQ.
The apartment is equipped with:
• Independent Air Conditioning for all the 2 bedrooms upstairs
• TV
• Micro oven
• Fridge
• Oven
• Washing machine
• Dishwasher
• Iron and ironing board
• Fireplace
• Flat screen TV
• Wireless Broadband Internet

• House Manager that welcomes guests at their arrival explains the villa and helps with organization
Rules of the farmhouse:
The signing of a short term contract is asked to our guests at the time of the reservation.
The deposit of € 300 is due at the check-in time in cash. This amount will be returned to the guests at the end of the stay if no damage to furniture and furnishing are found.
