Lovely apartment. One block to the best view of the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

I would never recommend this apartment. It is spartan, to say the least. Online photos are misleading. Poor amenities and badly in need of paint, new furniture, dishes and overall redecoration. There is virtually no closet or storage space. Most of the closets were locked with only a hanging clothes rack provided in the primary bedroom. I had to buy soap dishes for the bathroom, which was ill equipped. Towels and linens old and frayed and a hamper that should have been replaced long ago. Electrical service issue with kitchen. Fuses blown and not updated. Very noisy location. The apartment is situated on a corner of a major artery with constant street traffic noise and loud gatherings of patrons at the restaurant below. Very poor value for the money.
