Great property by metro. Checkin was great. Was very rough to stay during heat wave. Close to business so when we needed to open windows to cool down the locals were very loud until very late at night and up early. Made it so hard to get good sleep. Also staying when local soccer team won championship made sleep that night impossible. Accurate listing, with good host, just not great if a light sleeper.
We spent a lovely weekend in this ideal, central location of this charming apartment in the 11th. Smooth check in from as gracious a host as I have ever found. Comfortable beds, great shower, efficient and well appointed kitchen. I would stay here again anytime!
The apartment was adorable and a perfect home base for my month in Paris. Check-in was simple and communication was clear and easy the entire stay. The kitchen is well equipped and made my stay nice and cozy, and having the large windows open on the evening made it easy to relax and be a part of the city.
Loved staying here for two weeks. The place is compact but had everything we needed. Apartment is in a great location with lots to see, eat, and do.Remy

host is quick to respond and friendly, we really appreciated that he let us check-in 3h earlier. building feels safe with 2 codes to enter the building and the key to the appartment, but the noise outisde late at night and sometimes very early in the morning are a little down to the experience. the kitchen part of the appartment is very clean and we were very surprise with the neirbourhood with easy access to many metro lines, all the good restaurants and how safe it feels with having a kid with us, even coming back late at night. lots of hangers for your clothes and the rack with the rope in the bathroom to dry was certainly a good point. we give it 3 stars because the appartment needs a deep clean as there is moisture in the shower and window of the bathroom, the arm of the shower falls by it self if you touch it and the beds needs new pillows and flat sheet would be very appreciated when it is summer time. the bathroom is very small so it can be difficult if you are 6 feet tall and i strongly suggest to start the washing machine in the morning if someone sleeps on the sofa bed.overall happy with our stay and definitely worth the price if you want to visit paris and not spend all your budget on lodging.
The apartment is compact but functional. The location is perfect, close to a main metro line. The area is lively and full of bars restaurants and shops.. The heating and the tefrigerators work well.Furniture and furnishings need a bit of updating Be aware there are two floors of stairs to bring your luggage up, as this us a traditional Parisian building.
Great value for the rate. Communications with the hosts were timely and very helpful. It’s apparent how much they care for this charming apartment. Good location to access the rest of the city. Lots of cafes, shops, services nearby. Active neighborhood nightlife. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen, washer, and bathroom met our needs for a two week stay. Be advised - the bathroom is small, but we had no issues with it, being small ourselves. Weekend revelry continued into the wee hours of the morning in the street below - we used an ocean waves app for white noise to aid sleep. The key is old school, no coded lock, so better not lose the key!Overall, for two people on a budget who need a comfortable bed to achieve sleep, love architectural charm, and prefer a hip, active neighborhood, this was a great choice. We hope to stay again.
Very good location and communication with owner. One thing to keep in mind is that the street get surprisingly noisy around midnight with some people driving through empty streets on motorcycles! But otherwise the property was clean and tidy. Having the small kitchen is very handy. Many good restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and grocery stores within literally 2 minutes walk.
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment despite it being difficult to sleep our first night due to the heat wave and the late night activity happening outside the apartment which faces the street. Fortunately the weather cooled down the next day so we could close the windows at night to block out the late night noise and morning construction. The bathroom was really tight but we appreciated the availability of toiletries. We only got 2 full sized bath towels and 2 small towels for our party of 4 but we made due. Overall, it’s a nice apartment for a short stay, close to amenities and metro. Great communication with host.
I've been to Paris a number of times. Loved the location and access to the Métro.
Apartment won't be everyone's cup of tea; 2nd floor {3rd for Americans} and no elevator, tiny by US standards, a bit noisy one night from a bar down below (curiously, only on Monday night. C'est la France, non?). But, if you are looking for reasonably priced, clean, well located place to stay in Paris, I'd give it a 9.5 (which was not available on the rating scale so I gave it a 10 because I realize that the rating scale is skewed toward the negative). So, yah, it's a great place to stay in Paris if you're reasonably mobile, willing to put up with a few reasonable inconveniences and have a reasonable budget like most people do.
Excellent spot close to the action but quiet and tucked away in a lovely building with a beautiful courtyard. Excellent host who fixed something I didn't understand within an hour and was accomodating with our arrival and departure. This place is a nice, clean, affordable and comfortable place in central Paris. I highly recommend.
Comfortable apartment on second floor with windows facing the street. Small kitchenette perfect for preparing simple meals. Beautiful courtyard in back of apartment. Fun area with lots of restaurants and shops.
Apartamento em otima localização. Boa estrutura. Como ponto de atenção, apenas o fogão que apresentou bastante problemas, as vezes pegava, as vezes não.
Zona molto buona e ben collegata.
Merci
