Um refúgio perfeito onde adoramos sempre voltar

Não é a primeira vez que ficamos nesta casa, e com certeza não será a última. Cada estadia é especial! A localização é perfeita, perto de tudo, mas com uma tranquilidade única onde só se ouve o silêncio da natureza. É sempre um refúgio que nos faz sentir em casa e ao mesmo tempo em férias. Já faz parte das nossas melhores memórias!

Excellent service & a beautiful villa

We went to Villa Carlivo for a training camp, and had the most wonderful time. The Villas Duma team was lovely and the cleaning people did a great job, positively surprising us by cleaning everything after a week. The location is in a quiet and safe area and has everything you need within walking distance. We will definitely be back! Keep being awesome!

Maison très agréable et ideale pour 5 couples car chambre et salle de bain privatives

La piscine chauffée L'espace de la maison La tranquillité du quartier Peut-être petit salon au niveau des terrasses privatives des chambres. Pour le salon de jardin il n'y a que 8 chaises alors que la location est pour 10 personnes

4 Amigos - Repeat visitors

This is a beautiful villa in an amazing setting. This is our third stay here and we have already rebooked for 2025. We love the peace, privacy and tranquility the villa offers. The Villas Duma team are so professional and a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely nothing

Absolutely loved it

Perfect family holiday, the villa was fab, clean and modern, the pool was just the right size for a swim and splash about. Miguel was really helpful with the check in and out. The location of the villa was ideal, for our party of 7 family members, it was out of the way and the nearby restaurants where a 10 min walk if that. I was worried that we’d be in the centre of all the Brits on tour but we weren’t, but if you wanted the nightlife it was a 15 mins drive away. The local people were so friendly and helpful too, first time in Portugal and I would definitely go back, probably to this villa too. Such a memorable holiday. The only minor point was that a fair few of the sun loungers were broken and should have been replaced.

Beautiful villa

It was a beautiful villa, lots of outdoor and indoor space. Beds very comfortable, villa had air con and good wifi. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of cabinet space with a useful dishwasher. The pool was amazing. Located in what seemed a quiet area with a small 10 minute walk to local shops and 30 min walk to beach. Good communications from Villasdumas our agent was called Sara. We all had a wonderful time and we wouldnt hesitate in booking again. More parasols around the pool for shade,change of pillows.

lovely villa

The villa was perfect, the pool was heated as requested. The rooms are nice and the location is near by the beach. The villa is very nice also for small childeren. The villa managar is easy to contact with is nice.

Great relaxing retreat

We are grandparents who entertained our daughter, husband and grandkids, 11 and 13. We all enjoyed the location, spaciousness and recreational activities at the villa. It was close to beaches and restaurants. Lots of bathrooms and towels provided for everyone. The kitchen was large with all needed appliances and a new washing machine was installed while we were there. What a great spot!

A Second Stay!

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in this villa because, in our opinion, it ticks every box for an outstanding family holiday with a young family. 1.The coffee machine leaks water. 2. More baking trays would be helpful.

Perfect

From booking the Villa to being checked in and checked out the process was faultless. 4 couples stayed for a 60th birthday and golf week and a fantastic time was had by all. We had hired cars for the week but ordering the use of Villadumas taxi and ubers is so easy and cheap. The Villa itself with 5 bedrooms and 4 en suites was why we chose Villa Carlivo and the area was quiet. Perfect. Thank you Villasduma we will be back.

Villa Carlivo

Another fabulous holiday with excellent customer service from everyone we had contact with at Villas Duma. The villa itself is large, private, well kept and very well equipped, a real home from home. If your looking for a peaceful break in the sun this is the place to come. We can't think of anything that could have made it better

Another wonderful stay in Villa Carlivo

We visited Villa Carlivo for the fourth time and yet again everything was perfect. Looking forward to returning in 2023. Providing some champagne flutes would be nice!

Second visit

Our second time staying in this villa and enjoyed this stay as much as our first. We love the location and the privacy afforded by this villa. Spotlessly clean and all facilities and more are here. Particularly love the option of the heated pool. Nothing.

We absolutely fell in love with the Villa it is gorgeous just what we needed after the last couple of years, There was nothing we needed very well equipped the pool was fantastic so a big thank you to your cleaning staff

Another fine villa managed by villasduma

Customer service never falters from booking to check in, our stay to check out. The transfer/taxi service offered is first class. The housekeeping staff are amazing. Each villas location is ideal for young to old.

We love Villa Carlivo

The villa is very nicely decorated and is always spotlessly clean. I like the fact that it's close to the village and it's unnecessary to hire a car. Helen is great with her communication - friendly and extremely efficient. She stays in touch and updates me when necessary. Orlando was very good on transfers and was on time for both. It's great that the transfers are part of the service. The pool area is lovely and we really liked the new sunbeds. Having the option to heat the pool is very welcome. We like the villa so much that we have booked again for 2022 and would like to visit again in 2023. The improvements I have suggested are minor and certainly not "complaints" and have no impact on whether we will return or not. Some of the dinner plates do not fit into the dishwasher and need to be hand-washed. I felt that if there were 10 adults staying, that there wouldn't be enough coffee cups or bowls. A review of the quantities of all delph is needed. Egg cups would be a very welcome addition as would champagne glasses. The outdoor dining table is showing quite a lot of wear and needs to be fixed or replaced. The last time we stayed, we reported on the pooling of water from the plant troughs near the outdoor dining area - this is still happening and has led to wear and tear on the tiles in this area.
