Beautiful and well maintained villa. The large sized bungalow was perfect for our four person group. Each of us had our own room with a full ensuite. The kitchen, dining room and living room were very spacious. The grounds are also very well kept. Our property manager Lisa was always very helpful and friendly. We loved our morning walks to the beach and having croissants and coffee and the local restaurant. It is a nice quiet and private location yet very convenient and central to all areas in the Algarve. A very modern design in this villa. You will love it!

The Villa was perfect so clean had everything we needed, the service from the staff whenever we had queries was always dealt with immediately.Great customer service check in & out was easy. Would definitely recommend this villa and Villaduma.com we will definitely return Nothing it was perfect

Amazing villa!

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Casinha last week. The villa was beautiful and clean, the beds were huge and comfy and the showers were amazing. We opted for the pool to be heated which was a dream and the shaded area around the viall and over the outdoor table was crucial with our two little ones as the sun was pretty warm! We tried to book again for next year but unfortunately, it's already booked up! We will make sure we are back one day though :)

Excellent Villa

Gorgeous Villa for our family stay. Property had all equipment that was needed. Towels changed part way through the week. Would recommend paying the additional charge for heating the pool and jacuzzi as we had young children and a 10 month old. Opted to use the local Uber service rather than our own cars, which were reliable and reasonably priced. We stayed for a week but would have easily stayed longer.

Beautiful villa in a peaceful location

Casinha is a lovely villa. Lots of room inside and out, comfortable with great facilities and really private and secure. Loved having the electric gates to shut the world away. We felt really well looked after by the Villa team and had an issue which they responded too very quickly. Already looking to return. Would not hesitate to recommend this company or the villa. A few more kitchen utensils would be helpful, needs things like a grater, cullinder and more roasting trays.

Fab Easter stay

This was my second visit to the villa, but stayed with family on this occasion so their first. They absolutely loved everything about it, it's a real home from home. So much so, we tried to rebook it for next year but unfortunately it was already booked. We did manage to book another though, so we're delighted and very much looking forward to returning. The support staff were fantastic, particularly Helen & Paula who were very responsive and informative. As well as our personal chauffeur Luis who collected us at a moments notice and dropped us to wherever we wanted as well as recommending excursions and restaurants. I cannot recommend this Company enough It would certainly help if cleaning equipment was left to allow us to tidy as we go along. We would have welcomed a hoover, yard brush and cleaning products. Making less work for the cleaning staff when we vacate.

Quiet and tranquil, an amazing place to relax

When we arrived at the villa for our weeks holiday in October, we were met by Helen - the property manager - who opened the electric gates to a stunning view of the property, gardens and pool. She then led us through the villa explaining all the aspects of this lovely villa. We have been to the Algarve a few times before so we spent many hours around the secluded pool soaking up the sun. The villa is well stocked with appliances for your self catering stay and they're are many restaurants in the local area after a short drive or a 25 minute walk down a track to Olhos de Agua, this was a lovely little resort with a few shops and restaurants overlooking the sea (l would recommend a car to get around as the villa is off the main route). We only had one small issue, regarding the Tv, and once we had contacted Helen this was resolved within hours, she was always happy to help with a smile on her face. I travelled with my wife and two grown up daughters and the villa was perfect for a relaxing time away. The time spent around the pool on sunny days in October will be sadly missed but I would have no problem rebooking here again. Thank you for some lovely memories.

Epic!

This villa was absolutely amazing! We stayed for one week with extended family to celebrate a 40th birthday and could not have been in a better setting. The bedrooms are all spacious and have plenty of hangers and space for clothes and cases. The beds were comfy and the en-suites were all well equipped, in good condition and clean. On holiday we never use the kitchen facilities but here everything was there that we could possibly need so we had breakfast and lunch at the villa, using all the wonderful facilities and the fantastic bbq. Having a dishwasher was fantastic, giving us more time to enjoy the facilities and less time cleaning! The living area was so spacious with room for all 7 of us and was comfy. The entire house was immaculate and well presented. Outside we made use of all facilities and I would recommend to others paying to heat the pool. It’s not too warm so you still get the benefit of the cooling down in the pool without the drastic shock jumping in. Everything from the loungers to the presentation of the garden, pool, jacuzzi, and house was just gorgeous. Taxis and Ubers are inexpensive to get anywhere, and being slightly out of the town suited us better as it wasn’t noisy. This holiday was a treat but I think we would like to return again as no other holiday will beat this! It would be nice to have a brush and mop to clean up after ourselves walking in and out with wet feet after a swim. Other than that the villa was absolutely fantastic!

Erholsamer Urlaub im Februar

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig, abseits von Restaurants und Bars. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden und auch der Kontakt über das Internet war sehr gut und umfangreich. Wir hoffen noch einmal wiederkommen zu dürfen. Der Abfluss (Bad, Küche) könnte etwas besser ablaufen

Die Villa ist sehr geräumig ,.sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Das highlight ist der Whirlpool und der schöne Pool ,es ist eine schöne ruhige Gegend und alle Geschäfte sind in der Nähe. Die Betreuung war super. Vielen Dank wir werden wiederkommen. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden.

Excelente Vila

A vila é muito boa e moderna, o espaço exterior é excelente com o Jacuzzi e a Piscina e muito espaço para disfrutar. O interior é muito espaçoso e moderno e bem equipado. Colocar umas redes mosquiteiras nas janelas dos quartos e da sala era ótimo para poder arejar a casa sem entrar bichos ou mosquitos e sem ter que ter sempre o ar condicionado ligado.

Our new preferred villa

Everything about this villa is just wonderful. Very secluded, which is what we wanted, a car is a must in my opinion. The layout is perfect as is the facilities, we wanted for nothing. We will be booking for 2023. Maybe some outdoor sofas would be nice.

Happy Holiday with family

The location of the house is fine, in a quiet area but with enough ways to walk. So you can also walk to restaurants and shops and also a little father to the beach! The garden is lovely and we like the rest around the house. In the house is enough space for everyone, with nice bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great facilities in the Villa

We all loved the pool and jucuzzi. The rooms are all of a good size and excellent quality. We soon found our way around the kitchen and the bbq. As a guest with only one good leg I thought some hand rails on the steps would be a great help.

The Best Time!!

What a wonderful villa! The property managers were wonderful (shout out to Paula and Orlando!) We loved the location and it was exactly as advertised. I wish I could go back and live there :)

From booking to arriving, the whole process was seamless and very professional. The Villa was beautiful, well cared for and well equipped. Pool and Jacuzzi was spot on. I have no complaints what so ever. Thank you for such a great villa with lots of new happy memories created

We had amazing time in this beautiful house. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but still not far from shops and grocery stores....you need a car though. The house itself is really amazing...very clean and very updated exact what you see in the pictures. Everything you need is available in the house....we asked though for a little bigger coffeemaker but that was a minor thing.... We only can recommend this house and we definitively are coming back...hopefully soon!!! Thanks for our amazing and comfortable vacation over the Holidays and new year into 2022!!
