Walk into a grand entry with immediate views directly to the Atlantic Ocean! On either side of the entry are the two large guest rooms one accommodating a queen size bed and the other with two twins perfect for kids! Attached to the queen room and also open to the entry hall is a large bathroom with tub/shower combination and stacked washer/dryer. Another bathroom opens up to the entry way with a large standup shower. As you move into the unit you pass an open well equipped kitchen with large bar area and open to living area. In between the kitchen and living area is a dining table for a family of 6 to enjoy meals. The living room features a comfortable sofa, loveseat and recliner to soak in the views of the ocean or watch your favorite show on the 55" Sony TV. As you walk out on the large balcony that expands the length of the condo you can not help but notice the stunning direct ocean view! Enjoy a glass of wine at the bistro table with seating for 4 or relax with a book on the two chairs with pull out ottomans. Off the main living area you enter the massive master bedroom featuring a king size bed and separate sitting area with two swivel chairs. Past that you have access to the expansive porch with more beautiful views of the Atlantic. The large master bathroom features a nice tiled standup shower, large soaking tub and two vanities to get ready for the day or night out! This condo is located directly in downtown Isle of Palms where you can walk to stores and many local restaurants! Don't forget to stop for ice cream right across the street at Ben & Jerry's!

Owner (Rob) is highly responsive and positive. We have stayed here before and hope to again. Second floor center unit with direct view of ocean and beach. Half a block to Isle of Palms shops and dining. Safe and easy parking under building.

The view is beautiful. The check in process and communication process was outstanding. No issues with parking. I thought the place was very clean and had all the supplies that were needed. I think it just needs a few updates and I actually feel bad about mentioning them because it sounds like I am being picky but I think it would just add to the wonderful experience if updated. Pillows were very flat and we found some extra in the closet but they were the same. Also, not sure why but the dishwasher was extremely loud. Cleaned the dishes with no issues but wow…. don’t run it at night when sleeping. :). Overall, I highly recommend.

Love this place! Spacious condo with the most spectacular ocean view from balcony. We could sit out there all week. It is also just steps away from several restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. This was our second stay and we’re already planning to return next summer!

Our favorite vacation

This property was perfect. Very clean, stocked, close to restaurants, and beach access. We started each morning with breakfast on the balcony watching the dolphins play. We are already planning our next visit!!

Beautiful Beachfront Vacation

Our second year in a row staying for two weeks in this beautiful condo and we’re already planning our next trip back! Very spacious, clean and comfortable with the best view. Isle of Palms- Great Condo!!!

Staying at the Isle of Palms condo was the most relaxing experience ever for our family. Watching the waves roll in during dinner out on the deck, relaxing on the deck chairs and spending time together as a family at the pool were unforgettable. We enjoyed all of the amenities in this very well equipped condo.

Great Location, Great Timing, Easy to Work With

Unit is as described in a great location. Owner is easy to work with. Stayed there with wife, two teenagers. Convenient parking. Walkable restaurants. We are regulars at IOP, this unit is as described.

Location is excellent! Drawbacks were dirty covers in 2 rooms, dirty baseboards, and twin beds have plastic coverings that make a lot of noise when you sit or turn on the beds. If you are a light sleeper be prepared to hear footsteps from tenants above you. Can’t beat the location and management response.

Property and Location Worked for Us

Location was ideal for us as we were in and out of Charleston for a wedding and had an infant so were able to walk to and from not only the beach but restaurants, the park and grocery store. The reason for 4 stars is the property could use some updates - very loud microwave, very loud exhaust fan in twin bathroom, old fixtures and such.

Relaxing vacation

From beginning to end the process was seamless. Great host and perfect location. We couldn't have asked for more. The condo was perfect with great ocean views. We had a car, buy could walk to many restaurants. What a great place to unwind for a week. Thank you

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is very well stocked, decorated, and many amenities are proivded. Kitchen utensils, beach gear, and many books available for use. The view is unparalleled and the beds quite comfortable. We were right on the beach, right "downtown" in the middle of IOP, but far enough away from the night spots. No late night music or pedestrian disturbance. If you are an early riser, the sunrises are at your doorstep!The home owners were very responsive to any questions or issues that arose. We will be returning and look forward to our next trip to IOP and this lovely unit.
