We rent our main house in Vannes located in a very quiet area 15 minutes walk from the port, the ramparts, the old town and its shops (1.5km from the city center).<br>The 120 m2 house is very well equipped, bright and spacious, facing south with terrace.<br>The enclosed garden of 200 m2 with jacuzzi is ideal for enjoying barbecues. You can also enjoy our vegetable garden (zucchini, raspberries, strawberries, tomatoes...)<br>First floor: an entrance hall with piano, an equipped kitchen, a large living room with TV opening onto a south-facing terrace, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a toilet, a master suite (bed 160 and TV) with shower room and dressing room, a garage<br>1st floor: 2 bedrooms (in the first a bed 140 and in the second a bed of 90 in height and one of 140), a bathroom with bathtub, a toilet, a bed of 90 on the landing
