Kauai Vacation Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience with this vacation rental was exceptional. The home was very clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils to bake and cook with. There was a nice welcome gift waiting for us when we got there. The check in and check out process was easy and quick. Customer service was very good. They were in contact with us by email/text throughout the trip. Easy access to a store. Woke up to birds and roosters every morning. Other than that, it was very quiet. Beautiful pool and hot tub that our kids loved. We also LOVED the extras that were provided - boogie boards, beach towels, swim noodles, sand buckets, beach umbrella, snorkeling equipment. We would highly recommend this property and would give it more than five stars if we could.

Nihilani 3A was great!

We come every year to see family and enjoy staying at nihilani, this rental was nice and clean. I wish the master bed wasn't so noisy and the knifes were sharper but really that's probably a quick fix. All in all it's a wonderful place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Large 3 bedroom with updated decor. Lots of beach gear!! Including surfboards. 2 car garage. Great pool, hot tub, grilling area. The bad: Living room sparsely furnished, ****** knives, no condiments, twin beds in room are small (for kids), garage opener failed and had to wait 3 days before someone came to repair. Not enough furniture in outdoor spaces.
