Denne smukke første sal, 2 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser Condo blev bygget i november 2015 og overser den første tee på denne 18 hullers Gordon Lewis designet kursus. Valgfrit golfklubmedlemskab på $ 325 (for op til 2 voksne og 2 under 21 år) pr. Husstand pr. Ophold, tillader ubegrænset golf for kun vognafgiften på $ 66 pr. Person i 18 huller (i sæsonen) og $ 55 (maj til oktober).

Bonita National Golf og Country Club er en rekreative-rige, gated, privat golf samfund. Fuldgolf medlemskab giver dig mulighed for privilegier på golfbanen og i restauranten, motionsrummet og spaen. Kun vogngebyr på $ 66 pr. Person til 18 huller (i sæson) og $ 55 (maj til oktober).

Ud over golffaciliteterne inkluderer socialt medlemskab brug af den splinternye 8 oplyste domstoltennisklub, fuldt udstyret motionscenter og træningskurser, restaurant ved poolen, pool i resortstil, boblebad og spa. Derudover har det helt nye klubhus to yderligere restauranter. Disse 5-stjernede, luksuriøse faciliteter er kun minutters gang fra denne enhed!

Opskalere shopping, restauranter og natteliv er en kort køretur væk, såvel som den smukke Barefoot Beach og Bonita Beach.

I-75 er tæt ved og Southwest Florida International Airport i Fort Myers cirka 20 minutters kørsel.

Denne nøglefærdige Condo er smukt møbleret og fuldt udstyret, med 2 soveværelser (1 konge og en dronning) hver med deres eget badeværelse. Spise områder for 8 og en stor møbleret lanai at sidde og se solnedgangen over søen.

Golf rates 2022: $100 per person for 18 holes (November thru April) and $50 (May thru October).

Excellent Location

Great Location

Right on the 1st tee, this location is perfect for watching golfers tee off all day long. Beautiful view of sunsets, 1st floor, nicely decorated and clean. Superb owners and communication.

Nice Place

Condo was in good condition and nicely decorated. So it felt more like a home then a rental. Shirt drive to anything needed. Nice pool and clubhouse. Property very well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.

A stunning condo in a beautiful location. The view of the sunset from the lanai was incredible. The condo was beautifully kitted out with everything you need. The main swimming pool was beautiful with plenty of sun loungers and the pool side restaurant was perfect for a small snack or a big meal. It's only a short drive to the local supermarket and the beach which was lovely. I will be coming back !

Lots of nice things about this property, but the furniture and decorating needs updating. Maybe add another TV to one of the bedrooms. Wonderful host.

Beautiful condo with excellent facilities.

We had a wonderful weeks stay at this beautifully condo in Bonita Springs.This is a very well appointed condo with all the 'mod cons' you would ever need and the overall decor is fantastic. The Pool, Jacuzzi and Gym areas are all excellent and the on site bar serves great food , with a wonderful 'Happy Hour' for cocktails around the pool. Although we didn't play any golf the facilities look superb. Overall an excellent choice for your Bonita Springs / Naples stay. Highly recommended. The British owners Louise and Nigel offered excellent customer services with great correspondence.

Perfection!

I can't say enough good things about this condo, Bonita National or Nigel and Louise. We felt right at home the minute we walked in and I don't think we missed a day of going to the beautiful pool on the property. My husband loved the golf course and we saw so much wildlife. It was close to Publix and the Italian restaurant, Dolce Rita, in the same strip mall was excellent. I think we ate there three times. We hope to buy in the area but until we do we will try to get this condo again. It can't be beat!

Great Condo!

Wonderful time at this condo at Bonita National. If you are a golfer, beach lover, a shopper or a diner this would be a great choice for you. The condo is tastefully appointed. There is not anything that we wished we had that was not there. Enjoy coffee on the screened lanai as you watch golfers tee off or enjoy sunset with a glass of wine. Owner Louise was prompt in response to my questions and a very organized owner. This condo will not disappoint!

Beautiful condo, fantastic community!

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo for the month of January. Lanai has great view of the first tee, and condo is a short walk to the resort style pool and community center with great amenities including a restaurant, gym and spa. Unit is well stocked with everything you might need for the kitchen, bath, and beach. My husband took advantage of the golf membership, enjoyed the course, and thought it easy to make tee times with their online system. Louise is a pleasure to deal with, and replies promptly to all inquiries. Greater Naples area has so much to offer, with great beaches, restaurants, and shopping.

Beautiful Getaway

Excellent location...the development backs into a nature preserve so you are surrounded by beauty without the noise of most Florida locations. The development has many luxury features: pools, spas, golf, tennis. The actual VRBO is a little tired...could use some freshening up, but has everything you need. The property manager was always responsive and helpful.

Good Place For Short Stay

Place is fine for 1-2 people, maybe 3. Hosts are very nice, responsive and flexible. Could use a bit more drawers for clothes and kitchen pantry but otherwise place was as promised.

Great location!

Great location, the owners have provided everything necessary for a stay, beds & pillowes were comfortable, views were awesome, great watching golfers tee off on the 1st hole. This community is very friendly! Enjoyed the resort like pool, and the pool bar restaruant is wonderful, great food! We hope to come back next year for 2 months!

The condo that we stayed in at Bonita National was nothing short of fabulous in all respects. It had been professionally cleaned ! Was in impeccable condition . The furnishings were extremely comfortable and the decor was gorgeous. The condo is a few steps from a truly resort-like pool with poolside food and beverage service. A nice bonus. The lanai on the first tee had a lovely view, especially for sunsets overloooking a great golf course. There was “nothing” missing in the way of household effects- even a teapot! ( first time in 12 years of renting did I have a teapot😀.) The owners are gracious and make themselves available at all times; but really you don’t need them as everything is arranged with renters in mind. Ie a keypad so no worry about losing house key. A Fantastic Place To Stay

We had a wonderful relaxing 2 week stay here. The property was very clean and all rooms were spacious, with the interior fitted with quality furnishings and appliances. The amenities available to use...pool, tennis, golf, gym, sauna....are all first class. The supermarket is only a five minute drive and the shopping malls not much further. There a fantastic beaches at Naples, Lovers Key and Marco Island a short drive away. Going there for the stunning sun sets is a must. Can recommend eating out at Tommy Bahamas in Naples and Snook Inn on Marco Island. Loved the airboat trip on the Everglades and seeing the wildlife in It's natural habitat. The owners have ensured that every need is catered for and therefore ensuring you have a relaxing stay. I would no doubt recommend staying here to friends and family and will hopefully return here very soon ourselves.

Beautiful condo in a wonderful place

We loved our stay at the Fishers comfortable condo. The condo is tastefully decorated in true Florida style, which made the stay extra special. The first tee is right outside the livingroom window, and the golf course itself with club house, pools, bars and restaurants within 5 min walk. We will definitely come back, the sooner the better!

A warm welcome respite from the cold Northeast!

Thank you Louise and Nigel for our wonderful two month stay in your very upscale condo. It was so beautifully decorated..my favorite color scheme. The condo provided all that was needed for a great vacation. Bonita National Golf and Country Club is a newly developed resort and has wonderful upscale amenities.....so much so that we will be returning in 2019. Hope to meet you then!

A sparkling gem in the sunshine state

It was quiet and peaceful for the time we were there. This is a very comfortable condo and very well equipped. It has everything you need for your stay. Well appointed kitchen, good laundry facilities, plus excellent wifi and on demand kit. The clubhouse facilities are very good, tidy and clean, everything is well maintained, an excellent bar and food and great service. And reasonably priced. Excellent main pool area with plenty of choice of loungers and umbrellas. And golf, tennis, a spa and gym, if you're that way inclined. Also well placed for local outlet shopping with lots of choice, whatever your tastes or budgets, and well positioned close to the i75 for exploring this part of Florida, its fabulous beaches and islands. Overall a really comfortable few weeks in Bonita National, a high quality resort, complemented by the care and attention the owners have given to furnishing their property. Thank you Louise and Nigel for a lovely stay and for sharing your home in the sun with us. Peter and Donna.

A wonderful Condo in the sun...

We stayed for a week in this wonderful condo in Bonita National. All the initial communications and information with the british owners worked seamlessly. They always responded promptly to any questions. The condo is furnished to a very high standard with all the necessary 'mod cons' included.The kitchen was excellently appointed with quality appliances. The wifi connected first time and had a strong signal throughout the property. The Golf course looked superb and the pool terrace area with bar was first class.The cocktails and food options at the bar are fantastic, including a cocktail 'Happy Hour'... We had a very relaxing and wonderful week staying here and we will definitely be back..! The owners Nigel and Louise have put together a beautiful place to stay in the Florida sunshine..thank you !!

We have holidayed in Naples and the surrounding area since 1989 and it has long been our dream to have a holiday home there, so we were delighted to be able to achieve our dream and purchase this beautiful condo. We hope you come to love this beautiful area of Florida as much as we do. There is so much more to Florida than the theme parks!

A turnkey furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo overlooking the first tee on a Gordon Lewis designed 18-hole course. Set on a brand new gated community with five star amenities within minutes walk, including a pool bar and grill, resort style pool, whirlpool, 8 tennis courts, fitness center, spa and clubhouse with fine dining.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

For a one off golf transfer fee of $325 golf privileges are transferred over (for up to 2 adults and 2 under 21s), which allows as much golf as you can play during your stay (utilising the Chelsea booking system). The only fee being the cart fee of $66 per person for 18 holes (in season) and $55 (May thru October).
Note the golf course is closed for maintenance May 31 - June 4; July 19 - 23 and September 7 - 11 2021.
