Overlooking the 1st fairway with peaceful golf and water views, this west-facing retreat delivers exactly what its name promises—gorgeous Southwest Florida sunsets from your private screened lanai.

With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, and space for up to five guests, Sunset Oasis is designed for comfortable extended stays, seasonal escapes, and working remotely from paradise.

THE HOME
The open-concept living area offers comfortable seating with leather recliners, a fully equipped kitchen, casual dining area, and easy access to the screened lanai overlooking the golf course and water.
Both bedrooms are thoughtfully located toward the front of the condo, away from the golf course side of the building—an added benefit during early morning course maintenance.

The Primary Suite features a king-size adjustable bed with remote control, luxury linens, Smart TV, dresser, closet, and private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The Guest Bedroom offers a queen bed, Smart TV, closet, and convenient access to the second full bathroom with tub/shower combination.
The Den includes a twin sleeper chair for an occasional additional guest and also serves as a comfortable work-from-paradise space with a full desk, office chair, high-speed Wi-Fi, and wireless printer.

MORE THAN YOUR TYPICAL RENTAL
Sunset Oasis includes thoughtful extras to help you enjoy everything Southwest Florida has to offer. Guests have access to two bicycles, tennis rackets, two sets of golf clubs with walking carts, and a variety of pool and beach supplies.
A private storage area conveniently located outside the condo includes beach chairs, an umbrella, wagon, towels, and additional room for your own golf clubs or recreational gear.

BONITA NATIONAL LIFESTYLE
Bonita National Golf & Country Club offers the feel of a private resort with a championship golf course, resort-style pool and satellite pools, tennis, fitness center, spa services, clubhouse dining, and an active calendar of social events.
A Social Membership Transfer provides access to many of the community's resort amenities. Golf privileges may be available through an optional Golf Membership Transfer, subject to current community rules, fees, availability, and HOA approval.

LOCATION
Ideally located in Bonita Springs, Sunset Oasis places you within easy reach of Barefoot Beach, Bonita Beach, Naples, Fort Myers, shopping, dining, entertainment, and the many beaches and attractions of Southwest Florida. Gulf beaches are approximately 8–10 miles away, making it easy to enjoy a beach day and return home in time for sunset on the lanai.

PET POLICY
One small dog may be considered with prior Owner and HOA approval. Additional pet-related cleaning fees, documentation, and/or rental references may be required.

Important: Bonita National membership transfers, HOA application requirements, fees, golf privileges, and community policies are subject to change and approval. Any applicable HOA or membership fees may be the responsibility of the renter.
