Imagine waking up to incredible panoramic sunrises that you can enjoy from your master suite and the living room or retiring to South Padre Island sunsets that are new every day. You have one of the best views on the island for watching the sunsets or the Friday night summer fireworks from multiple private balconies.

You'll be staying in a large town home style condo in a resort building featuring two bedrooms downstairs with private balconies and private baths. The spacious living area upstairs provides 10th floor views of the Gulf of Mexico from two walls of glass in the living room, dining room and from the large private balcony. A half bath on the living level provides convenience both for daytime living and for your guests using the sofa sleeper for overnight accommodation.

Sunchase IV is a gated resort with beautiful grounds, private beach access, two pools and hot tubs, two children's pools, a 2nd floor library, a fitness center, and a 7th floor sundeck. The walk through the beautifully landscaped grounds to the private beach access is relaxing and there are shops, restaurants, and nightlife all within walking distance as well.

You may choose to dine out every night but the kitchen is fully equipped for those gourmet island meals. A full-size washer and dryer add to convenience and make this the perfect place for your South Padre Island family getaway!

Great stay! Loved having 2 balconies, 1 overlooking the Gulf and also 1 overlooking the bay. Beautiful views from the living/kitchen area and from both rooms. Definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic condo

We had a great stay for July 4th! Beautiful condo with tons of balconies and great views. We loved the pool, great hours. Good beach access! Very happy with stay, will be back :)

Place was nice. Was cleanish. Spoke to property management and they promptly sent over a cleaner. The rooms were missingvsome slats so sunlight does get in and wake you up. Other than those issues, we were very satisfued with the location and the views from the property.

The view from the living space balcony was lovely. However, there was a serious lack of amenities- the towels in the bathrooms were very thin and only three sets. We had a two night stay which left one with damp thin towels after showering. Neither bath had a blow dryer. There were two coffee makers in the kitchen but no coffee. I expected at least one complimentary pot ur even a cup of coffee for guests. On the morning of our first full day we came in from a walk on the beach and found two men working in the hall bath fixing a water leak. There had been no communication from the office or the managing rental company. When I asked about this I was told the rental manager did not have communication with the condo maintenance team. Overall the stay rental was simply average. Next time when on South Padre Island I will vet the booking much more carefully.

Girls weekend getaway

Everything about this property was amazing! Beautiful sunrise and sunset. There were several different balconies to capture all of the views. It is in a great location with easy access to the beach and everything on the island. There is plenty of space and seating for everybody to be comfortable. Very clean and just as described online. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again when we visit.

Family mini vacation

My husband and I enjoyed our mini vacation with our daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters. This condo had plenty of room for all of us. It has everything you need. It is beautifully decorated. And the views of the Gulf of Mexico are breathtaking.

First South Padre Vacation

This was our first stay at SPI. We had a great time. The property was wonderful! The view from all of the balconies was spectacular, from sunrise to sunset! The pools were outstanding and the beach access was great. For us, the beds were a little firm but manageable. If we return to SPI, we would stay here again!

Anniversary vacation

My wife and I stayed at this condo for our anniversary trip. We loved this location! We plan to return this summer, but next time we also plan to bring our kids. The condo has plenty of space and beautiful views. Looking forward to our next stay here.
