Rent this amazing, newly remodeled Oceanfront Condo. This condo boasts a wall to wall makeover that includes all new modern tasteful furniture, kitchen appliances and countertops, fresh paint and new tile. This condo also has a private parking spot in the garage to keep your car protected and out of the sun!
We have provided extra amenities and modern conveniences to ensure you have the perfect vacation...beach towels, wagon, cooler bag, beach chairs, umbrella & toys! We have a fully stocked kitchen including both a Kuerig and a regular coffee make. We even have an air fryer and a crock pot! Another added benefit is our Culligan filtered water spout at our sink so you don't have to bring bottled water. Look at the descriptions under each picture to see all the details provided. We also installed black out shades in both bedrooms so you can sleep in!
You will enjoy the sunrise ocean views from your oversized private balcony with 2 sets of bar height tables and chairs for an unobstructed view of the ocean, as well as sunset bay views from your front door or front bedroom. Added bonus: Most Fridays in the summer you have a perfect view of fireworks from the front balcony! This 6th floor unit is centrally located in Ocean Vista Towers (in the middle of the island!) Convenient walk to the grocery store, shopping, Gravity Park, restaurants and more.
Property offers 2 pools and a jacuzzi, with private access to the beach. There is a play ground area for children that has plenty of grass for running and having fun.
Perhaps you want to play a game of tennis on our tennis courts, or stroll along the beach. Whether you are inside relaxing in this dream get-away, or outside taking in the fresh air and activities, you will be sure to have a vacation of a lifetime.

This was an ideal holiday stay for our family of five—plenty of space and very comfortable. The ocean view was absolutely amazing and something we enjoyed every day. Tom and Alicia were wonderful: friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The home was extremely well stocked with all the amenities we needed and more—lots of towels, beach towels, and even beach toys and supplies. Everything was thoughtfully provided, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families.

Great location right on the beach with plenty of beach accessories to fully enjoy the sun, sand and surf. Easy walking distance to restaurants, groceries, coffee shops, live music and more. Condo was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to South Padre Island.

Beautiful condo with amazing views of the gulf! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. Everything about the condo is great. Bright and airy decor. Loved having beach chairs, umbrellas and beach wagon to use. Chose this condo because of the high reviews which are spot on. The location is in walking distance to restaurants, bars, entertainment district and grocery store. Tom and Alicia are very accommodating and respond to questions right away. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our vacation so comfortable! Chris and Cindy

The condo was so clean and it was thoughtfully stocked! The decor was perfect!The view was breathtaking and the location was perfect to shopping and restaurants! You could not ask for better hosts - they were so kind, helpful, and responsive!We will definitely be back as we love the island and we definitely will be staying here again!

perfect description of surrounding property, living area, and furnishings/equipment. we didn't have to bring or buy anything, there was even some after-sun lotion for the kids, & we played ALL the games & used a lot of the beach toys! super quiet rooms, even on Labor Day weekend, & we got to watch fireworks 3 nights in a row from the front door :) ... master bedroom was a bit warmer than the other rooms, but definitely tolerable. we are SO SO coming back, thank you!

What can I say, amazing time. Alicia was the best host, was extremely easy to contact if i had any issues; which i had none! If i could give more stars i would.Was absolutely perfect for my family of four. Our children are older and the second room was a perfect fit for them. This unit is fitted as if the owner lives there. Honestly i brought to much stuff. Seemed like everything was already provided. Just bring your food and drinks. Absolutely breathtaking sunrises in the morning and sunsets in the evening just switch sides of the building. Absolutely easy to get your belongings in condo, easy because of carts and elevators.. no walking staircase. Very fast to unload and load when checking out.Felt like home away from home; to be truthful I treated it like my home with a lot of respect. Beautiful condo! If your looking to get away and relax and enjoy the island; this condo will do the trick. It was worth every penny. The condo has a washer and dryer combo which was a life saver. This is where we could've packed a little lighter knowing we could wash our clothes. Defanatly a plus! If you like quality, quietness, and relaxing environment here it is. Thank you again! Looking forward to our next stay here.By the way owner has a book of recommended places eat. They were delicious! Also great parking! (Gated)

I love this beach condo!!. It is clean and close to all the resturants. It also has the best view of the ocean from the moment you open the frint door.. The owners were great and check in on us to make we were fine. My family and i will be staying here again next year.

This condo & all its amenities (towels, linens, kitchen utensils & appliances, washer & dryer, internet, umbrellas, beach cart, beach toys, beach chairs, etc.) were clean & well maintained…perfectly comparable to any top-rated hotel. Sufficient parking spots were always available in the secured, gated area. The view from this condo was grand…overlooking the pool, the beach & the ocean. The pool area was beautifully maintained & well lighted. Beach access & wash station were excellent. The grounds were well monitored by attentive & polite staff & security, & the fellow residents were friendly, respectful & quiet. Definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing family vacation environment.

Perfect beach condo

Great location. Hosts are very accommodating and asks if they can do anything or if anything else was needed during our stay. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The blackout curtains in the room are fantastic. We also loved how they had beach towels, bag and bag cooler and other items for us to use while at the beach. We will definitely rent this condo again in the future.

Absolutely beautiful!! Pictures are exact!! The owners have provided you with everything you could think of. My family and I loved the condo.It rained off and on during our entire stay so we spent more time in the condo than we expected but we couldn’t complain. We had a view of the beach and an array of board games to keep us entertained. We will definitely be renting here again

The condo was clean and had everything needed for a great stay. The kitchen had all the appliances you would find at home. The condo also had beach toys, so you didn't have to lug them from home. Lastly, the view from the balcony was breathtaking.

This condo overlooked the ocean waves, was well equipped with everything you could want for the beach, with super comfortable beds, blackout curtains for sleeping in, and great wifi. We'll definitely book again!!

Beautifully decorated & comfortable furnishings. Quiet well kept property with excellent beachfront location/views! Downsides - check-in & communication confusing; a few area rugs/mats were trip hazards; some bath towels had faint stains. Have stayed at several VRBOs - this is first one without welcome basket or small wrapped bath soaps and facial tissues in baths.

Beautiful and well equipped!

My sisters and I loved the layout of the condo. The decor was fun and bright and the condo was clean and very well stocked. We loved that every drawer and cabinet was labeled so things were easy to find as well as put away. Watching the fireworks from the front door balcony was a real plus. No need to get into traffic or find a place to park. The sunrises were amazing to watch from the primary bedroom and the balcony. The balcony furniture was nice and having 2 queen beds in the second bedroom was great for adults! We would highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic Stay

We loved this rental. It was a perfect location. Not too far from the entrance to the island. Restaurants close by. Fun things on-site to include a tennis court, a pool, and of course the beach. The parking was convenient, and the property was clean and well maintained. The condo itself was beautiful. Communication with the property manager was easy. She checked in with us early on and then once more during our week long stay. There were board games in the condo and beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella, which made it easier not to have to bring our own. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect beach stay!

I have so much to say about our stay at unit 605. This is our family’s new favorite spot when visiting SPI. It was just myself, husband and 2 young boys. The unit was clean and very welcoming. All beds were very comfortable and had extra pillows and blankets which was perfect! Beach towels and bath towels were provided. Dish soap, hand soap and even a little laundry detergent in case it’s needed. Lots of little perks at this cozy condo. There was a wagon, beach chairs and toys for the kiddos! As stated in prior reviews the hand held Dyson was a nice touch since sand loves to creep in on the floor. Check in and communication was easy. We even got a mid point check in from the owner in case we needed anything! The location is perfect and the beach access and pool were easily accessible. We cannot wait to come back and will probably make this our go to spot every summer!

Ocean Vista Towers is by far the best complex on the island. The property and grounds are maintained beautifully by a conscientious staff. The building is centrally located on the island and in walking distance to restaurants, bars and the grocery store! Our unit boasts both a view of the bay and the Gulf of Mexico!
