We are delighted to offer this really nice brand new three bedroom villa situated amidst mature almond groves. Cuxach Nou is an impressive traditional and modern villa providing a spacious interior with a high standard of furnishings and fittings. The villa is just off the main road between Pollensa and Port Pollensa.

The main front door opens into a spacious and well furnished air conditioned living/dining room providing a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. It includes a six-seater dining table with chairs, a lovely chaise longue sofa, a large TV and DVD player.

The modern open plan fitted kitchen in red and white colourful tones has every conceivable extra, including dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, twin stainless steel sink units, electric oven, ceramic hob and many other kitchen utensils needed in a self catering holiday property. From the dining area a door opens onto the covered BBQ dining terrace and to the laundry area where the washing machine is located. One toilet with shower unit is also located in this part of the house. On this level there is also an attractive double bedroom with built in fitted wardrobes and bedside tables; there is also another full bathroom with bath on this level of the house.

From the lounge area, stairs lead up to the first floor where the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. There is a large and beautiful master bedroom with slope beamed ceiling, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and a large lime green en suite bathroom with a shower unit. There is another further twin bedroom with a sloping ceiling too and a full bathroom, en suite, with a white and orange colour scheme.

The magnificent crystal clear enticing swimming pool and tiled steps is surrounded by a lawn area and sun terraces, newly planted cypress trees around the pool and garden área and all around the villa are acres of land with mature almond trees providing a very natural countryside ambience.

Great villa for super-relaxing holiday

V comfortable villa with nice bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. However hjghlight is the outdoor space with lots of loungers and seating areas around a lovely pool. Would definitely stay again Might need another parasol for the heat of July/August!

Great property and location

Had a wonderful week here and would definitely return. The property is conveniently located for Pollensa, Port Pollensa and Alcudia. Very clean and inviting. Lovely pool and garden. Thoroughly recommended!

Perfect family villa

Set in a good position for Pollença and beaches all nearby. Local supermarkets really close too. Outdoor area was perfect - swimming pool always kept really clean and checked twice during our 1 week stay Inside of the house now ready for some improvements. The shower cubicles were not in good condition and one was unusable as the doors would not close. The main bedroom double bed has a really bad mattress that we could not on so had to spend our stay in single beds as there was luckily a spare room. There was also an ant problem in the that room but we suspected the ants were living in the mattress. We closed the room off and left it. There is also a general ant problem - nothing could be left out of the fridge as it got swarmed by ants which was annoying. I think generally the house needs updating

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa. Très bien équipée, nous avons apprécié la propreté et le panier d’accueil. La localisation est idéale pour visiter l’île, à proximité de l’autoroute. Je recommande vivement !

Schönes Haus mit Pool😊

Wir haben ein sehr schöne Finca mit Pool und Aussenküche vorgefunden. Das Haus war sauber. Alle 4 Tage wurden die Schlafzimmer und Bäder gereinigt und Bettwäsche und die Handtüchern ausgetauscht. Die Küche ist sehr gut bestückt mit Küchengeräten, Geschirr und Gläsern. Wir haben uns hauptsächlich im Außenbereich aufgehalten. Hier lud der Pool und die Liegen mit der Poollounge zum relaxen ein. Der Pool wurde in regelmäßigen Abständen geprüft und gereinigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Bei der Buchung übersahen wir , dass die Straße von Pollenca nach Port de Pollenca sehr nah ist. (zeitweise etwas laut) (Jammern auf hohem Niveau 😉) Bei der Ankunft (Mitte September) hatten wir etwas Schwierigkeiten die Einfahrt zu finden, das Problem hatten wir dann auch immer abends wenn wir unterwegs waren, da die Einfahrt nicht beleuchtet war. Hier könnte man vielleicht mal über eine Solarlampe nachdenken. Wir können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Wenn wir wieder in den Nord/Osten von Mallorca Urlaub machen, werden wir bestimmt wieder anfragen. Sabine und Roland mit Familie

Sehr schöne Villa

Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine sehr gute Aufteilung. Von bisher drei Villen war es die einzige an der wir Abends noch draußen sitzen konnten ohne vor Mücken flüchten zu müssen. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe. Die Kaffeemaschine hat so gut wie gar nicht funktioniert und die Dusche im WC am Waschraum war nicht nutzbar (wir hatten ja noch drei andere, also nicht schlimm), weil sie aus dem Abfluss gestunken hat (vermutlich wegen der seltenen Benutzung).
