About this property

Spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath main channel view condo in the Knolls complex. The resort features include an indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, tennis & basketball courts, playground, grilling area, boat launch, swimming dock & more!
The condo living room has a smart tv/cable tv. Dining room has plenty of seating for the family. The kitchen is fully equipped with newer appliances. Master bedroom has a king bed and smart tv ready for your Netflix viewing pleasure. The guest bedroom has a new queen bed. The loft is spacious & fun for the kids with a full size bed and cot available with double sink vanity in the bathroom. The balcony has a table for 4 with great views of the lake.
Trailer parking available. We do NOT have a boat slip, but rentals are available in the complex, for about $30/$40 a day. We can set it up for you.
Please note that Holiday weekends require a minimum 3 night rental.

The Knolls

We had a great time at this condo on The Knolls property. The owner Kim was very accessible with and questions we had and had everything we needed to know outlined upon arrival. The bedrooms were comfortable and unique. The home was spacious and provided privacy for everyone. The Knolls resort had great amenities and the kids loved the pools.
