Ocean Place will be undergoing an exterior waterproofing improvement project beginning March 16, 2026. These upgrades are part of a planned effort to preserve and enhance the property’s long-term quality, structural integrity, and overall appearance.

The project will include building waterproofing work. The current estimated completion date is prior to Memorial Day Weekend. Please note that all construction timelines are subject to change due to weather conditions or other construction-related factors.

What This Means for Your Stay

• Rentals will continue during the renovation period.

• Work will be limited to exterior areas of the building.

• Guests may experience intermittent daytime construction noise, the presence of equipment, or temporary adjustments to access areas.

• Pools will be closed during much of the construction period.

Our team is working closely with the property association and contractors to minimize any inconvenience to guests. Should conditions arise that exceed what is reasonably expected during this type of project, we will review the situation and provide assistance on a case-by-case basis.

All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are also provided for you to use during your stay.



We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.
