Clean property but lacking essentials

Lacking in towels. We were asked to run the dishwasher but no dishwasher products were supplied. Don’t want to buy cleaning products on my vacation.had to go buy trash bags as there weren’t any there. The bed in the master bedroom was so hard and uncomfortable. Cleanliness was great. Location was great. Check in process was a breeze. Nice quiet area

Parking/towel issues

No designated parking for this unit. Parking is on 1st come 1st serve basis. Had to walk from poorly lighted parking area to unit. Towels provided by cleaning service were like sandpaper, very rough, even after washing with fabric softener.

Great property

Very nice, well maintained property and unit. Not as well stocked with toiletries, linens, kitchen utensils etc as we’ve experienced with other property management companies. The unit itself is very nice, large, and comfortable. The pool area and clubhouse on property also very nice.
