Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Don't stay

Upon arriving approximately at 9pm. I discovered the both showers had not been cleaned and had mold in the grout of the showers. Also, the handheld shower fixture had black mold in each bathroom. The floors had not been mopped as my grandbabies feet were covered in dirt after running around 15 minutes . One of the grand babies were going to sleep on the trundle bed and it did not have sheets on it. I did see an extra set of sheets in the closet and was preparing to make the bed so I removed the mattress cover and found 2 wrappers that had chocolate on them between the mattress cover and mattress. The kitchens counters had crumbs on them. The master bathroom drawers had dirt and hair in them. The hall bathroom had black hair on the toilet seat. I contacted Vacasa which said they would send someone the following day which occurred but I should NOT have to do that on some of these things. After staying a day, we noticed water in the bottom of the closet in the 2nd (kids) bedroom which we contacted Vacasa once again and they asked if there was a leak which of course we can not see a leak unless it was obvious but no one came to investigate. I would NOT stay here again only because of the arrival findings. A cleaning company should know to effectively clean a vacation condo.

Lovely place!

Beautiful condo with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Modern, beach decor. Comfy couch and beds. Board games, cable tv, WiFi, elevator, ample parking. Perfect spot just steps from the beach. Our only disappointment was the pool was closed during our stay as they were having it refinished. That just means it will be nicer next time we come back!

Perfect!

The check-in process was extremely easy and the condo was spotless when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and they were honestly better then some of the nice hotels that we have visited. Our boys loved the bunk beds and they had plenty of room to scatter all of their toys. The kitchen had every utensil and gadget that you could possibly need, and nothing was lacking. You have a great view of the beach which only has 1 new 3-story building erected, but unfortunately once the building under construction is completed, it will affect the view. Other than that, we have no complaints about our stay and we are already planning our return visit.

The condo was everything that was described and more. Spacious rooms that are well furnished and a well equipped kitchen. The view is great with a comfortable balcony. The beach is just steps away. The parking and check-in were very easy and the condo is just off the elevator making coming and going a breeze. Highly recommend!

Kids spring break

Had a bad weather week but condo was excellent. This is a hidden gem, quite little traffic but close to panama city if you want a little more excitement for the kids. Overall great vacation for the kids spring break.

We came to visit the grands and needed an affordable place. We were so shocked at how spacious this place was! Very clean and stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes you can need. The owners seem to have thought of everything, including board games, beach toys, a booster seat for the little ones, and even umbrellas for those rainy days. View was amazing, although they are building across the street. We are already talking about booking another visit this spring, and making this a family tradition in December near Christmas.

Excellent Condo

One of the best experiences I have had in the Florida panhandle area. The building was clean and up to date and the condo unit was like staying in a upgrade hotel suite. Not one thing to complain about. Mexico Beach seems to want our business. I haven't felt that way in quite a while in the locations further to the west. Hope to see you again soon.
