Welcome to Arcachon!
I am delighted to welcome you in my flat! Perfect for a tourist and relaxing stay with family or friends, you will appreciate the proximity of the sea which is only 1 minute away on foot! My flat can accommodate up to 6 people, and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), two single beds (90x190 in the living room separated by a curtain), a sofa bed, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with separate toilet, and a pleasant terrace without opposite, facing the harbour, to have lunch outside during the nice days. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: washing machine, iron, television, microwave, mini-oven, Nespresso coffee machine and Italian coffee machine. Within the residence, you will have access to a secure car park with a barrier. Located just opposite the port, in the summer district of Arcachon, you will find various restaurants, bars and shops in the vicinity. You will be able to take advantage of beautiful days to go for a walk or a bike ride to discover the different tourist sites and the beautiful walks that the coastline offers. ## Emplacement
Arcachon is a commune of the South-West of France located in Gironde. It is here the opportunity to enjoy activities in the middle of nature through the many hiking trails, bicycle paths and water sports. You can spend a day sunbathing on the beach, stroll on the port or take a boat to the Ile aux Oiseaux. The Winter City is a neighborhood where you can discover an eccentric and original architecture between mosaics, gothic mansions and exotic gardens. You can also discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama of the bay of Arcachon, the forest and the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
It is a town full of charm that perfectly combines a famous seaside resort and a typical small town with its pine trees and sea salt smells.
