North Fork Beach House - short walk to Peconic Bay and beach

This wonderful beach House is located in the beautiful Fleet's Neck neighborhood facing the Peconic Bay. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach along with easy beach parking. The nearby beach has beautiful views filled with sailboats in the summer. The house is a mile to King Kullen supermarket, Braun Seafood, a variety of vineyards, Greenpoint Brewery and many farm stands. The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably. It is situated on 1/2 an acre lot, with water views and a lawn to play. There is a spacious outdoor deck for grilling, cocktails or a morning coffee. It is 90 miles from NYC, 15 minutes to Greenport and 25 minutes to Orient Point Ferry.

Lovely 3 Bedroom

Lovely well equipped property in quaint neighborhood in Cutchogue NY. Beaches, great restaurants, parks in a quiet area. House is adorable with nice deck and yard. Highly recommend!

This was our 3rd year in a row staying at this lovely home and as always, we had a wonderful time! The property owner (Kate) is always very responsive and makes the whole process very easy and enjoyable. We spent lots of time enjoying the beach, eating seafood, relaxing at wineries, and enjoying all of the fresh fruits and vegetables from the many farm stands. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the North Fork and staying at this clean and cozy beach house.

Kates house was very clean with a well-stocked and equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and close to the beach, the bay, and all of the North Fork. That means, in September, fantastic corn and tomatoes, beautiful beaches, and a lot of memories for my mom, who was on a bit of a memory tour. Kate also provided many useful suggestions for local restaurants and attractions, which were helpful. Only one bathroom, but if that works for you three comfortable bedrooms in a lovely spot.

Such a beautiful home in a perfect location. My family and I had a lovely stay, rode bikes to the beach every day, visited local farms and wineries, drove out to Orient Point, and slept incredibly in the comfy beds. The home itself feels very comfortable, my children (ages 6 and 9) were safe riding their bikes around the neighborhood, there are amazing bagels at Black Sheep bagels just a short drive or bike ride away and the small local beach is perfect for swimming and kayaking. Kate was a wonderful host and great communicator. We would absolutely stay there again.

Such a special house and spot

We so enjoyed our stay at this charming house. The location is hard to beat, with a beach and playground at the end of the street and town just a quick ride up the road. We visit my family every summer on the north fork and this was hands down our favorite house so far!

Another great stay at this property!

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as it was last summer :). Kate was very responsive and accommodating, the house was well stocked and clean upon arrival, and the location was close to many wonderful places (wineries, beach, restaurants). Looking forward to next summer already!

Second time and just as wonderful!

We’ve stayed here twice and we’ve loved it every time. The house is very clean and comfortable, well decorated, and the proximity to the beach and playground is excellent. You can feel a lot of care has been put into making the house a great experience for guests - well stocked kitchen and the beds are so comfortable. Thank you Kate!

We loved our stay here! The house was beautifully decorated, while also being comfortable, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. Close enough to everything (walking distance to the beach and playground, short drive to town) though quiet enough to truly relax. Perfect!

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing vacation on the North Fork. The location of the house was perfect (close to wineries, restaurants, the beach), and it was fully supplied with everything we needed while we were there. Kate was very helpful answering questions prior to our arrival, and everything was exactly as described. We can’t wait to go back!!!

fantastic beach cabin

my family spent a week in october here. the house is so cozy and clean, beds and linens very comfortable. we walked 5mins to the beach every day and my girls played in the park.charming neighborhood. lots of restaurants in greenport and pumpkin patches all over the north fork, cuthogue is very central. loved our time would return, wonderful host.

Fantastic stay at the beach

We loved our stay as a family here! Perfect location close to the beach, playground, and local shops. The house was impeccably clean, beds super comfortable, and kitchen was very well equipped. We loved being able to take our toddler to the playground nearby and enjoy the beach access. Would definitely book again! Thank you for a great stay.

Wonderful house near the water

We had a beautiful little family reunion at this lovely spot, enjoying the cute house and the nice surroundings. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped, the beds were super comfortable, the decor and textiles were delightful. It was chilly enough that we took advantage of the very good fireplace every evening. We enjoyed drinks and playtime on the deck and backyard - lots of birds, squirrels and early-morning deer to keep us company - and the gas grill was excellent! We had fun at the beautiful beach and playground, made happy trips to Braun's Seafood, downtown Greenport, and Catapano's goat farm. The neighborhood was quiet and charming - we had a very peaceful time, and that's saying a lot as our group included 5-year old twins! A marvelous time was had by all, we can't wait to return.
