Beautiful, open and light-filled, first floor condo right on the golf course in private Bonita Bay. 2,200 sq ft of living area including a 300 sq ft lanai. Large, extended kitchen opening on a breakfast area off the lanai. Extensively refurbished and all new furnishings. Large, open great room, 3 full baths all ensuite, and master bedroom open to the lania. Community center with pool and clubhouse directly across the way. 2nd bedroom, hallway and bath can be partitioned off via pocket doors to form small suite.

We're situated in the very heart of Bonita Bay, a community of natural beauty in Bonita Springs. Between Fort Myers and Naples and conveniently close to everything, Bonita Bay offers miles of walking and biking paths, 2 river parks with kayaking and boat ramps, a park on Estero Bay, a marina with bar and bistro, and easy access to a private beach club on the Gulf of Mexico and its white sand beaches. Available for minimum 3-month stay from September through New Years.

Beautiful condo!!

We enjoyed our stay…..the condo was beautiful!! The condo had everything we needed. Very clean. Pool close by.. we went walking everyday. Lots of sidewalks with beautiful scenery. Bonita Springs is a wonderful location to visit!!
