Located in Sand Dunes Resort on a low floor, this condo has great views of the ocean and pool area from the balcony. This condo has 2 beds and can sleep up to 4. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in Sand Dunes Resort, this resort has it all! A full-sized kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven, LCD TVs and private bathroom are included in this oceanview condo. Heated Indoor pool, beachfront restaurant and bar, and private ocean balcony along with lazy river and hot tubs! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!

Conveniently located and within the exclusive Dunes neighborhood, enjoy the ocean view from your private balcony or relax in the beachfront pool! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium and IMAX Theatre. Many of the areas popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Abundant amenities await you at this beachfront resort. Features include both indoor and outdoor whirlpools, lazy river, spacious pool deck, and social areas. Indoor pool with hot tubs that have a great view of the ocean. Fitness room and lounge and onsite restaurant. AND BEST OF ALL FREE WIFI!

1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.

Overall a good stay. Would have enjoyed access to a few amenities such as the water park which were not available to those who did not rent through the hotel directly. Room was nice size and well stocked.

Very nice apartment. Two bathroom sinks came in handy. Laundry in apartment was very convenient . The kitchen cabinets needs to be updated. Beautiful view of the ocean. The furniture is very comfortable. The mattresses should be replaced. Although they were comfortable I would stay here again

Property management was excellent

Upon arriving we turned the heat on and left the unit it was below 40 degrees outside, we got back to unit around 11 pm.. heat was not working unit was 60 degrees inside. After double checking settings and giving it more time, I texted PM at 11pm at night. They immediately responded, gave me options and we were able to use the auxiliary heat to get the unit warm. They had someone out the next morning to address the issue. Definitely very pleased with the reaction time, the follow up and the assistance

Great Location. Runby real estate investors who have forgotten they are in the hositality industry

As soon as I booked, I wanted to cancel. The contract resembles the nightmares written about in the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times. Since our reservation was non-refundable, I was compelled to sign the contract even though I would never agree to such terms under normal circumstances. VRBO should offer a 24 hour cancellation clause for these situations. A few points that were unsettling were the high fees for random reasons. You can be charged for literally anything. During my stay, avoiding fees was on my mind, making the trip less relaxing. Break a mismatched dish or lose a dollar store fork, pay a fee. Leave dishes in the dishwasher, pay a fee. Leave dirty towels, pay a fee. (What's the point of having towels if you might get them dirty!. And their right to enter your place and evict you immediately if it's not clean enough (whatever that means). Very anti-renter language was a turn off. Then the "verification process" requires emailing them sensitive information, which I wouldn't do, so they met me at the condo when I arrived. I did appreciate that. The interesting thing about an anti-renter contract is that the place was not very clean. Those dirty towels, they would charge me for...I had a towel with make-up stains on it. There were large marks on the walls, mismatched paint on the walls, and trash under the beds and behind the sofa. So while it is an ocean front unit, there are lots of amenities to enjoy. I would not rent from this company again.

Clean, comfortable, excellent location, beautiful view.

This was a husband/wife getaway, which we very much enjoyed. The room was clean and the view was spectacular. Rental management was very easy to deal with.

Nice Place for Family, Great Area

The place was very nice, in a great area close to many restaurants and stores and other family friendly resorts. Checking in at 4 was very late in the day, we wish it could’ve been earlier.

Sand Dunes property needs attention

Very uncomfortable, squeaky beds. The inside of the condo was fine, but the property itself needs some attention. It’s gross. Stairway smells like a homeless encampment and the lobby, though updated, is wet and dirty.

Our family stay

Very nice place very clean. We were there during Memorial Day weekend so there was a lot going on. Really nice place. We have little kids so it was a little disappointing that we didn’t have access to the water park but the owners never said we would so that’s not on them. The pool was still fun. These people are great I would definitely recommend staying here!

Myrtle Beach

Place was great for a two night stay. Picture needs updated because it shows a couch but actually a loveseat. Person cleaning need to do a better job. Spaghetti sauce still on the table Tim, laundry was left in the dryer and dishes were clean but left in the dishwasher. Also code on door was nice to have as keyless entry, but the number to get in was displayed on side of door .

Could have been cleaned a little better before we arrived, did have cleaning products in the cabinets so I cleaned the toilet and sink and it wasn’t that big of an issue. Overall, was very nice.

Great Location

The rental process was very easy and communication with Big Fish Rentals was great. They were very quick to respond to some minor issues and got them fixed very quickly. The unit itself is in a perfect location. Pool and ocean views. Walking distance to many restaurants and ships.
