There is a ski/sport closet on the deck of the front entry door. Use this closet to store skis, snowboards, snowshoes, fishing poles, etc.
Quiet hour 9:00 PM per HOA. Please use the pellet stove as your primary heat source (it is the best way and works well!).
Absolutely no bikes or other outdoor gear allowed inside. Bike rack and storage in garage below.

We had such a nice stay! Everything was so clean & the heaters worked really well, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Easy to find & was sooo close to everything! Highly recommend & will be back!

My family enjoyed staying at this place. The kitchen was easy to use. The fireplace was nice. The living room was large. The place was large enough for the four of us. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy and comfortable condo -- everything was exactly as described, check-in was easy, the amenities were great, and the host was very helpful and responsive. It was the perfect base for a wonderful Eastern Sierra/Yosemite trip.

Ideal set up!

The condo is really close to the lifts, in a great neighborhood, and everything is tricked out! TV's in every room, fascinating heater, two full bathrooms, massive hot tub outside for the complex, very friendly people around. We were really happy with our stay!

Perfect Location

"Shane was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and offering great recommendations for local hot spots! The condo is in a prime location, close to all amenities, and is clean and well-equipped. We loved the hot tub, washer and dryer, and garage parking. Plus, it's just a 2.5-hour drive to Yosemite and only 15 minutes from fantastic hiking and lake basins. Highly recommend for a perfect getaway!" Ideal spot for adventure and relaxation!

Wonderful Stay

The property has a great location- close to lakes and village . The community was very quiet in the evenings and the home was well equipped and very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here as your home base in Mammoth Lakes.

It’s an amazing property! Close to amenities, close to village, Twin Lakes, etc… it was perfect for the size of our family! Correspondence was great and had wonderful recommendations for fun activities around the area!!

Weekend in Mammoth

Loved our stay! Had a great weekend. Great communication with Shane before and during the trip. Very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. The place was super cute, clean, and had everything we needed! Will definitely book again, hope to be in Mammoth soon!

Cozy, Cute, and Comfortable

Majestic Pines was lovely. We loved the area. The place was fully stocked, quiet, and in a great location. The beds were comfortable, and the layout worked well for our family of 4. Communication was top notch (the best I've ever had with a homeowner, tbh) and check-in and check-out was a breeze. No issues whatsoever. Bonus: we saw deer in the neighborhood a couple of times and we got to watch chipmunks from the dining room window while we had our coffee in the morning.

Clean, cozy and a great price!

We had an amazing stay at the Majestic Pines condo over 4th of July week. The owner answered all of our questions right away and gave some great local tips for bike rides and places to eat. The property manager was also super responsive and the place was clean and well stocked with all of the essentials. This is also one of the few condos in town with a garage to store your bikes. If you're looking for the personal experience of a local individual owner, with hotel like amenities, but without the ridiculous extra fees of the many property management companies on VRBO, this place is for you. Thanks for a great vacation Shane!

Mammoth Spring Break

We had a great time in Mammoth. The place was great, short drive to Canyon Lodge, very clean w/ everything we needed.

Hello! We are a family of 3 who love to travel and worked very hard to get our Mammoth Cozy Rental. We live just around the corner and can share local tips and fun activities/places just for you! We take great care and pride in bringing you the best experience possible, and enjoy when we have wonderful guests visit our home and our place!

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

This neighborhood is different from most other rentals as it is nestled in a million-dollar residential area with no other rentals nearby. We have travelled the world extensively and still think the Eastern Sierra is one of the most beautiful places on Earth. We purchased this property after coming here for years and dreaming of living here (and now we do!). We are avid snowboarders as well as hikers and paddle boarders, and we think this area offers the best in all of those and more :)

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Our location in Mammoth is great. We are literally minutes from anywhere you want to be in town. You can walk or shuttle to most of the desirable areas, or you can sleep in a little longer and hit the slopes by car from our private garage with less than a 3 minute drive to 3 different lifts. We have added an extra bed downstairs so that adults can be in the downstairs room with the bunk beds, adding more options to your comfort! I am a musician and have put a few instruments in the place to add to the fun (as well as lots of games and interesting books!)
