This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers maximum comfort for up to 8 guests. The open living area includes cozy seating and a flat-screen TV, with a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, and the dining table seats 6. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second room has a queen-size bed, and the third room offers two twin beds.

Guest Access
Guests have access to resort amenities, including multiple outdoor pools, an indoor pool, fitness center, and sports courts. Myrtlewood Villas also offers on-site golfing at the Myrtlewood Golf Club, a BBQ area, picnic tables, and a playground. The beach is just a short drive away (1 mile), but beach gear is not provided, so bring your own or rent locally.

Interaction with Guests
Self check-in is easy with a smart lock, and we're available for any questions via phone, email, or messaging. You'll need to sign a rental agreement and submit a valid ID to confirm your booking. The minimum age for booking is 25, and we do not rent to locals.

Other Things to Note
Myrtle Beach offers great dining and activities like seafood at The Sea Captain's House, shopping at Broadway at the Beach, and outdoor adventures at Myrtle Beach State Park. For family fun, visit Myrtle Waves Water Park, SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, or Family Kingdom Amusement Park. The area is also known for its world-class golf, with the Myrtlewood Golf Club right on-site.

We do not rent to locals in order to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests. If you are under 25 or a local, your reservation will be canceled.
